Ragen did a great job trying to accommodate everyone and was very patient. I appreciate people like him. He tuned my GX460 and I could definitely feel the difference but was expecting something a bit more dramatic. He retuned it at no additional charge and it is far more enjoyable to drive. I can’t wait until I get my new wheels and tires installed! Thank Ragen!

Ragen did a wonderful job and was very professional and kind. I highly suggest doing this to your Tacoma and recommend this guy taking care of you. Doesn't take long and he takes you for a test drive to make sure things are running smoothly. I noticed immediately the difference as soon as I started driving.
I did a lot of research before doing my tune. I checked over 20 videos comparing different options and thought I had a good grasp on it before I got there. When I got to the location, I was still given some great info on how it works, how any possible updates might go, how it might be handled if I NEED to take it in for a drivetrain fix through the dealership, any various other things. I came away feeling like I had a better than average grasp on the whole process. The difference from factory to the new was CRAZY. My truck is so much more responsive, doesn't search for gears, and when I hit the ECT button things get even more spicy. All of that came after meeting Ragen I felt at ease and knew he knew what he was talking about. He was professional and responsive from the moment I booked the appointment. I couldn't ask for more. The whole process was quick, easy, and well worth it in the end. I can't say enough good things about my experience. I fell in love with my truck!

Service was excellent. Reaponded to my Website email on holiday weekend. OTT tune on 2017 Tacoma 3.5 automatic. First noticed, horribly rough idle was smoothed out. Other than that, everything else is fantastic. Low and mid range torque much improved, this with the transmissionreflash means this thing can stay in gear on inclines. I used to always drive in S4 or ECT mode which neither was great. However, since getting this tune I have never taken the thing out of normal drive D mode. And the thing runs like a rocket. Best upgrade I have ever purchased.

Ragen did a phenomenal job with the OTT install. He made sure I was happy with everything and it was what I wanted. Highly recommend the tune for the driveability improvements with less gear hunting and smoother shifts in general. Also eliminated the throttle tip in lag that was present before. Was well worth the four and half hour drive to work with Ragen, and would highly recommend any other 4Runner (or Tacoma) owner to do the same.
If you’re on the fence about whether or not the OTT Tune is best for you… don’t be!!! Even if your Tacoma is a pavement princess or you’re the overlander or the hardcore off roader. The OTT tune is very versatile to fit you needs. I had always had full size trucks with a V8 gas or Diesel. This is my first small truck and I love the Tacoma. BUT… I was greatly regretting my decision to go to a Tacoma and I was on the verge of trading it in because its drivability was horrible! The constant gear hunting and not enough power to pull the hat off your head. Mine sees mainly pavement but occasionally during hunting season it will see some logging roads. I made an appointment with KY truck tuning and my entire outlook changed. Ragan was absolutely amazing. Very knowledgeable about the product and its capabilities. Very honest about expectations and truly felt my pain because we had very similar trucks. I told him I was thinking of re-gearing and he convinced me not to do anything to my truck until after the tune. I spent a couple hours with him. The tune only took a few minutes but Ragan is a Tacoma enthusiast and we talked about lots of different mods and what I normally did with my truck. He wanted to know what the normal day to day was and what my plans were with the truck. It was typical “truck guy” talk I thought. But he was figuring out what would be the best set up for my truck. He didn’t just hook it up and say “there ya go” he took the time to make sure I was set up with what I needed and wanted. Very professional and truly customer service oriented. I’ve spent two days with the tune and it is an absolute game changer. Money well spent and Ragan is amazing! If I could give him 10 stars I would.
