I was recommended Kwik Glass by the tile sealing company for an investment property. The team at Kwik Glass was professional and efficient from the beginning. Li came to quote on the job and was very honest about what my expectation should be and was even happy to refund me the deposit if I didn't want to go ahead as the original idea was to replace the current semi-framed shower. He patiently explained to me the different options and co-ordinated with tenants for installation. The job was well organised and efficient. When we had some minor issue with the job (not due to Kwik Glass). They were very understanding and patient and worked to help us resolve it. Will definitely recommend them for any glass jobs.

I contacted Kwik Glass after requiring a shower screen within 7 days. From the point of contact to install they were very good with communication and very helpful. I had my shower screen within the week , measure quote and install. Our shower screen looks fabulous and can not thank them enough for the short turn around . I would highly recommend reaching out if you need a shower screen.

If you are seeking an honest and reliable company, look no further. I needed two shower screens urgently. Lee came to the rescue, measured up and completed the installation for me within 5 days , all for a very reasonable price. I couldn't be happier with the design, quality and workmanship but most importantly his commitment and promise to me that he would get the job done as soon as possible. Very impressed!

I had a rather difficult shower cubicle with uneven floors. After talking to Mr Tran I decided on a frameless shower screens. I have very high expectations of waterproofing. Nothing was too much trouble for Kwikglass. First they put extra silicon seal. Then more pvc around the screen door. I am very happy with the quick response from Kwikglass. It was all fixed in a week post installation.

The installers attended 4 times to install 2 shower screens. First time: They installed 1 shower screen and discovered they didn’t have all the materials for the 2nd one. They should’ve checked they had the necessary components to complete the work prior to arrival. Second time: They discovered that the supplier cut the 2nd shower screen 20mm too short. They failed to confirm the pieces were correct prior to arrival. Third time: They installed the 2nd shower screen but left in a rush, with a crooked door and poor silicon work, even though I pointed these obvious things out at the time. Forth time: I asked them to return and correct the above mistakes.

We do apologise that it took so many trips to have your shower screens installed. We always try to rectify any issues that you have with the showers and improve our services. Hence our installer always ask if you are satisfied with the product before they leave. We were not aware that you were dissatisfied with our service.
