We apologize for the frustration you've experienced regarding our payment options and membership policies. It’s clear from your feedback that these issues significantly impacted your experience, and we are taking your concerns seriously. We are in the process of expanding our facility and will be introducing a Family Membership option in response to requests from clients like yourself. This new option is part of our upcoming relaunch and reflects our commitment to accommodating the needs of families within our community. Our relaunch is expected to take place within the next couple of months.
Regarding the acceptance of HSA and FSA, we recognize this is an important feature for many of our clients. While we are not currently set up to accept these payments, we are actively working to include them in the near future. We aim to make our services as accessible as possible, and this includes aligning our payment options with client needs.
Regarding the incident you witnessed, we deeply regret the impression of preferential treatment. We aim for transparency and fairness in all our policies and interactions. Currently, our Standard membership does not have a shared membership option. Our Pro & Elite Memberships allow for buddy visits each month, which offers more extensive access to the facility. These are currently our attempts to provide shared access options, though it seems they did not meet your specific needs. We value your feedback and will consider it as we finalize our new membership structures.
