FAKE PROMISE! Do not USE! Promises, promises!!! DON'T TRUST THIS FOR YOUR BUSINESS. Poor response time, aggressive to get your money with no follow through. I called Visa to get my money back. That is why I use a credit card. FRAUD service as I called 3x for them to active 3 times.

I would rate this company in minus if that option was available. Horrible services, they keep changing the project managers, add incorrect posts, spelling mistake etc. and the list of issues is never ending. Highly unprofessional, please don’t waste your time and money hiring them.

Worst experience were going to take a premium subscription from them for 14 days trial they said your card is not working so i dropped the plan after 14 days my card is being charged for 200 dollars per month and the worst part id these guys are not doing anything there is no option of removing the card and if this continues i will be charged 200 dollars per month.*Worst experience* be aware Writing this review again around after 1 month Still didnt get the refund and they again charged me 200 bucks

Big scam. Kept harassing and calling me. Told them to cancel the whole thing before it started and they still charged me 50$. Don’t do it!!

Hi Denzyl, I think there is a misunderstanding, the product you are talking about has a 14 day free trial with options to cancel before the charge. We don't charge clients without client approval from the consent form on initial on-boarding. Your work was communicated to you and was also completed from our end, which doesn't add up to what you have mentioned in this review also about 3 reviews came to you from our software, I have gone and cancelled your plan and refunded your money.

Worst experience ever. They told they’ll not charge something during trial period. But ended up charging more then 150$. This pissed me off honestly.

We apologize for your lack of knowledge, I believe you did not understand the 3rd party features when they were discussed with you on the onboarding call you have gotten a total charge of $115.02 by Lead Connector which is a SMS partner on our CRM. You have sent a total of 398 SMS and made 11 Calls along with cross region carrier fees that were applied as you did not purchase the correct area code for your LC system. We did not charge you for the Software subscription of $199 you still had out of the 14 days free trial about 8 days active and as committed to your scope of work from the onboarding call we had also created your calender for your online appointment booking services.
