Mike from Koziwarm came to redo our bath and kitchen caulk and he did such an awesome job! He was very efficient and thorough, taking the time to remove a previously done one and apply a much neater and more effective seal. He also fixed our toilet flush perfectly. Really happy with their services!

The plumber who came in didn't bring any equipment and managed to unclog the toilet with a towel. However, he didn't wear any gloves and then proceeded to wash his hands in the kitchen sink. Please wear gloves next time and bring appropriate equipment.

This company came to fix a faulty shower and a dripping boiler pipe.
They declared that the shower would need replacing and so would the boiler.
They provided quotes for both.
The shower WAS repaired by another company, and Koziwarm's quote for the boiler was the most expensive.
They then had the cheek to charge for the quotes.
Yes, you did read that correctly.
There are many plumber and gas engineers in Colchester and the surrounding areas.
I'll be using a different one in future.
Koziwarm are a very professional run business. I found them to be very polite and friendly with a great working ethic. They have done an excellent job of our Victorian terrace house. New boiler and radiators fitted throughout. I am more than happy with their work and the company in general. 100% recommend them.

Their customer service is very good but sadly the workmanship is terrible. Kozi warm drilled through pipes they had just installed causes significant leak in our new extension. They installed a new heating and hot water system and in doing so ripped built in furniture off the wall, scratched painted wardrobes beyond repair, left their lunch rubbish under the floorboards, ruined carpets and did not replace the floorboards they shattered. We were left with a poorly functioning system and when they visited to try and get hot water to all rads all they did was increase the temperature of the boiler (at the peak of energy prices)and the pressure to unsafe levels. We thought we had been able to cut our losses but 2 years on and we have just had to make a claim on our house insurance because of faulty plumbing connections. British Gas advised that they had no idea how a leak hadn’t happened before and said not to get KoziWarm to return.
The two installers arrived on time and had the new oil boiler fitted within the stated 3 days with all the new pipe work and electrics replaced. I am very happy with the work carried out by the installers and everything was left clean and tidy at the end of the installation.
