Your review is a lie! You should be ashamed of yourself for disseminating such false information. You state, “The place wasn’t that bad, but I personally was so excited to leave because of how nasty the place was.” This is a total contradiction. We take all feedback seriously and strive to address our guests' concerns. However, clarifying several points is important to ensure future guests understand our services accurately. Firstly, we pride ourselves on the cleanliness of our cottages. Our housekeeping team, led by Maureen, is highly professional and dedicated to maintaining the highest standards. In this case, you declined housekeeping services by placing a Do Not Disturb “Quite Zone” card outside your door for the duration of your stay. This limited our ability to ensure the linens were changed and your space was clean during your stay. Furthermore, the mention of dirty sheets and an unclean bathroom, these claims are surprising and totally inconsistent with our usual guest experiences. If any issue arises, we urge our guests to inform us immediately so we can rectify it. You waited until the end of the stay to voice these unfounded concerns. We always encourage our guests to communicate any issues immediately so we can address them promptly, which is something you did not do. Regarding transportation, taxi fares can vary based on distance and time. Tariffs are set by the TCI government, not by us or the services we recommend. We provide our guests with contact information for reputable taxi services to ensure their safety and convenience. We also offer affordable in-house car rentals to give guests more flexibility and control over their transportation needs. Lastly, our establishment is a botanical resort, not a hotel, designed to provide a tranquil and relaxing environment. This includes a "Quiet Zone" policy, which is clearly communicated to all guests. We do have staff available to address any needs or emergencies that may arise at any time.
