My partner and I had a very lovely time at Kobo! Chinq and Hsin were really friendly and the entire session felt very pleasant.
Since it was our first time making jewellery from scratch, we made quite a few mistakes but Chinq and Hsin were speedy to our rescue. Really appreciate a team who’s so professional yet warm.
I’ll recommend this workshop to anyone who’s looking for a unique experience with their family, partner or friends instead of buying off the shelf jewellery!

娘へのプレゼントでK18のYANAGI RINGを作りました。自分自身で地金を叩いて指環にするのは初めての経験でしたが、こんなに楽しいとは想像していませんでした。
日本の伝統ある工房の職人技をベースにした確かな技法で、2時間で本格的な指環が完成しました。
ChinqとGioとても熱心に指導してくれて、初心者でも安心して作ることができました。何人かで訪れても楽しい場所です。

came here for the silver ring workshop! overall it was a very fun and pleasant experience! chinq and gio (i hope i spelt their names right) were very helpful and easy to get along with, and were very clear throughout the entire process. some ring samples were also shown to let us sorta get an idea of what we're about to do
we also got to learn more about japanese jewellery making techniques which was really cool imo. prior to the actual ring making, sample metal bands were given so we could practice out the designs we wanted to put onto the rings before doing it on the actual ring.
the place itself is a very clean loft, and can only accommodate a workshop of 2pax at a time.
will definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to have a ring making experience that doesn't break the bank!
