Unprofessional & Dishonest Company Due to recent health issues, I had got behind on my housework/cleaning. The house more dusty and needed a good hoovering, floors washed and dusted down (cobwebs). I tried to find a local, well recommended service to carry out a Deep Clean. I chose KNT Cleaning Services based on their location & good reviews I booked a Deep Clean for 3 bed/1 bath house. I was promised 2 cleaners for a minimum of 4 hours, the cost £300. I was swayed by 5* Google reviews and the ‘good’ recommendations on NextDoor, how stupid was I and in hindsight there were red flags. • 1st red flag, there was issues paying by card, using Stripe payment platform. It couldn't ‘authenticate’ my card due to 3D authentication, this had ‘only’ happened to me. I found that hard to believe as 3D authentication has been in place for some time. After ‘negotiating’, it was agreed that I would send the money by Bank Transfer when the cleaner had arrived. • 2nd red flag, I booked for 8.00 am on a Thursday, was rang late on Wednesday to move the date, they would give me a discount, I thought things happen, I hadn't yet paid, it was rearranged for Friday @ 9.00 am (not asked if this suited me). At this stage, I needed the task to be completed. • 3rd red flag – the first cleaner was late and 2nd one as to arrive by 10, never showed. • 4th red flag – I asked what she needed, thinking mop bucket, mop, cleaning products, she confirmed she had everything she needed (including a vacuum cleaner) with her (1 medium backpack and a medium bag), I was a tad sceptical, but thought okay and left her to it. I work from home and returned upstairs to my office. I had by then transferred the funds to the company’s Bank Account (£30 reduction for rearranging the appointment). Approximately 3 hrs later, the cleaner advised that she had finished and did I want to inspect her work. Initially it looked okay, but on closer inspection, particularly the floors, only the middle were swept/ hoovered. In the case of my dining room/sitting room not one piece of furniture had been moved. By furniture, I mean a footstep & vegetable rack in the kitchen, table & chairs in the dining room, sofas & armchair in sitting room. The hall, kitchen, dining room floors had not even been washed. She did not have the necessary equipment, I had to give her my mop bucket/mop/floor cleaner. I then went upstairs and it was the same in bathroom, laundry basket, scales, bathmat, nothing moved. When I rang the office to complain, they refused to pick up and in text messages and I quote, ‘it is not the cleaner’s job to move heavy furniture’!!!!! I asked where the 2nd cleaner was, I was told 1 cleaner was sufficient. I argued that pushing a 2 seater sofa away from a wall (on laminated floor) too clean underneath (snap with armchair, underneath there was rubbish and looked like a gravel pit) is the bare minimum I would expect for a Deep Clean never mind anything else and surely if 2nd cleaner had shown up as promised, moving furniture wouldn’t have been an issue. Some of the work was redone, but to be honest at this stage, I knew I had screwed up and just wanted it to end. She left after 3.5 hrs which worked out at £60 per hour for a very basic clean if you could call it that. Later on that day, the more I looked around, the more I saw that hadn’t been completed, • Dust covered half of the bedside locker (iPad/Kindle hadn’t been moved) • Picture frames on the wall covered in dust. • Carpets upstairs not vacuumed correctly • Skirting boards not cleaned, ditto lampshades, chandeliers in sitting/dining room • Visible cobwebs which were there prior cornices, doors. Window frames etc • Cupboard doors not cleaned down I tried again to speak to the office, but they refused to pick up and just said, cleaner has done the work & left. I could go on, but this ‘review’ is long enough. I honestly don’t know where they have garnered their 5 star reviews, but this is a very mediocre company who may be okay for very basic cleaning job, but certainly for the amount I paid, I would not recommend.

Hello, this is not the case. And you know it very well firstly the card payment is your problem as the specialists told us And we have repeatedly told you that this is your problem because your bank blocks them because of the very security and access sometimes That's how it gets from your bank, it's not our problem second you agreed to move from wednesday to thursday and there was no problem the cleaners were equipped with everything necessary for cleaning 5 you ordered end of tenancy not deep cleaning it was explained to you that this does not have hours the cleaners when they are ready then leave repeatedly you were told this this is not a deep cleaning of hours you wanted the end of tenancy you don't know which service you want, you say you want the end of tenancy, then you say something else that you want a deep cleaning in hours there is nothing like that from 300 we give you a discount of 270ÂŁ everything was cleared up and explained to you over the phone you have paid a firm Price not by hours We repeatedly asked you to send pictures 1000 times you did so And you did not send a single picture there is no such thing, we repeatedly asked you to send pictures, you did not send a single picture.you want to denigrate the company with over 12 years of experience it will not work these are slanderous slanders that are not true And you know very well your property was cleaned impeccably we didn't get pictures 1000 times we said And we waited for pictures but there was nothing why because what you say lying You were very satisfied. And then when the cleaner left, you started calling and writing that you were not satisfied that it wasn't cleaned.you started to kind of blackmail a company that it should return your money that nothing was done in the event that everything was as we agreed before the cleaners came to the address and they did a perfect job Unfortunately people like you are doing what you are doing to blackmail company to give you your money back because it is almost not cleaned You want your number to go through for you to have free cleaning but this cannot be obtained.
