Great beginner surf spot with just enough beach space so you can take a break after few rides and then go back out to catch more waves. A little tricky cause you have to park in the other side of the "highway"/street and go over guard rails to get to the beach. But all things considered a very worthwhile spot if you're just catching the surf bug.
We visited this beach to watch our son and his family take surf lessons. What a fun time. Our grandsons, 10 and 12, had a great time learning tips about surfing. They rode a few waves before wiping out but they got right back on the board to go again.
Their instructor was Mario who was so patient and encouraging.

Tif taught me to surf here and it will forever be in my memories. I will never forget all the times we spent here.
Great surfing spot for beginners. Best times to visit are 8-10am and 3-5pm approximately...
