We first met Kieran in early 2018 as we were in the process of buying a site with full planning permission for a 2 storey house. We were looking for a design and build team who would be able to take us from the design stage all the way through to the final build and we were so delighted to have found KMC Homes. From the very first meeting, Kieran came across so knowledgeable and professional and took the time to get to know us and what we wanted from the project. My wife and I would not have many contacts in the building trade so having someone who could own the whole process for us and guide us through all decisions was exactly what we wanted. The fact that KMC organise everything from the architect (who totally redesigned the plans for the site we had based on our requirements), the planning applications, the builders, block layers, plumbers, electricians, plasters, painters, roofers, engineer and every other trade in between made it so so easy for us. Kieran and Gillian in the office guided us through all decisions and every company / trade person they recommended were top notch and great to deal with. The builder trend app which KMC use is great and shows progress, total costs, weekly schedules and even had progress pics which was amazing (especially when we couldn’t get to site regularly after our son was born). Even during Covid our build went up so fast and smooth. Our foreman Jer was always available to us and even though we annoyed him with so many little changes during the build, he always had a smile on his face and just got it done for us without fuss. We are so happy with the build and can’t thank KMC enough for all the hard work and effort to get us into our home. We would recommended KMC to anyone starting out a new build. It will be the best decision you ever make.

We are extremely happy we choose KMC Homes to design and build our beautiful new home with us. From the start we found them very customer focused, professional, supportive, patient, easily contactable and always willing to share advise. While having a busy work and family life, Kieran and his team made the process as easy and efficient as possible, guiding us carefully along the way - even during the challenges of COVID19! KMC Homes were open to us getting involved as much as we wanted during the build, thus allowing us to be part of as many decisions as we felt necessary. Additionally we are very happy with the quality of the finish. Special mention to the KMC foreman on our project who managed the build, trades, delivery's and so on with expertise and efficiency. We would have no hesitation in recommending KMC Homes.

KMC built our home and we couldn't be happier! Building a house was completely new to us, and we had no idea where to start. Thankfully we found KMC, who stepped through every process with us. They're expertise was incredible and extremely helpful. Our house was built just over 6 months which is amazing. We've had tons of people over who are in the construction industry and they couldn't believe it. And they were taken away by the quality of the work and attention to detail. The process that KMC has in place just makes sense, I honestly don't know why you would do it any other way. We never had to make any big decisions or worry about the schedule, everything was taken care of. The only thing we had to worry about was things like - "What colour paint? What types of floor?". I would highly recommend KMC, 100% of the time. Thank you Kieran, John and team for creating our dream home!

We recently worked with Kieran and his team from KMC homes, and I must say they were so professional, honest, accommodating and above all else PATIENT. The plans for extending and modernizing our home were absolutely fantastic and like the promise says on time and on budget. I was looking into having some work done to my house and a friend suggested I look up KMC. I was 100% satisfied with the work they did on my house in Cork city. I ended up extending my house and having the interior gutted and modernised. They brought an extremely professional approach and carried out the work in time and I will more than likely have Kieran and co carry out further works in 2016.
