During our recent visit to Disney we had friends in town who needed a scooter. We rented a very new scooter that was in great shape. While at the Magic Kingdom our scooter battery unexpectedly died early in the day. K&M Rentals came to our rescue in the best way possible. Within 30 minutes of our call, they had a replacement battery delivered to us right at the castle! Their quick response and efficient service truly saved our day. For the rest of the week we experienced no other problems. The staff at K&M Rentals are incredibly friendly and helpful. They made what could have been a stressful situation into a seamless and positive experience for everyone. We couldn’t have asked for better service, and we will definitely be using K&M Rentals for all of our future visitors. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an effective and affordable scooter rental service!

Do me a favor, when driving your COMPANY VEHICLE, don't drive like a piece of garbage and cut off every car at a 4 way stop simply because you just flat out wanted to go, even though the other 3 cars were there before you.

K & M Rentals was a wonderful business to work with. They delivered & picked up the scooter at the house in which I was staying. I charged the battery every night and the battery never dropped below full. I will definitely contact them for rentals in the future and would highly recommend them to others.

I hired a transformer for my Aunts UK folderable mobility scooter and it worked brilliantly. I had also recommended the company to my friend that was visiting and she had no issues whatsoever with her scooter. Unbeknownst to us I ended up with severe hip and knee issues so went and hired a scooter for myself for two weeks. These scooters are so easy to use, reliable and comfy. The staff and company are efficient, very welcoming and so helpful. Thank you so much K&M you made two large parties very happy and we had great vacations thanks to the support you provided.

Due to a change in plans, they graciously accommodated my delivery location and pick-up time, which was a huge help for me. They were prompt, courteous and friendly. Very friendly employees, they explained everything to me, and they showed me how to disassemble the ECV, actually, they trained me 😊 , their ECV is almost new and well maintained, the one I got I used for a week every day and charged it at night, used it for a full day at the park and the battery level was always full. Also, I didn’t have to book one, I went there to check it and it was available ECV was really easy to disassemble and assemble and fit in the car. The location of the store is a very convenient place.

My family has been renting from K&M Rentals for many years and have always had an excellent experience unfortunately until now. I was contacted at 2:30pm today that the scooter was due back today at 1pm which I totally forgot about. I was contacted by Crystal, a very rude and unprofessional representative at K & M. I said to her it's 2:30pm well past the 1 o'clock due back time what can I do at this point? What time do you close? 4pm well I can have it back by 4pm. She proceeds to hang up in my face. I called back and spoke with Taylor and explained my disappointment with the level of service that I received. I expressed that I have many choices that I can take my business. There are plenty of other places to rent scooters from in Orlando-Kissimmee. No one should be hung up on. I should have been given options. Most people that use this service are older and may forget times and dates. It would have been nice to receive a courtesy call earlier today or even yesterday just to ensure the customers remember their due date and times for returns. I thought as long as it was returned before close of business it was fine.

K&M gave me prompt and excellent service. The staff is very helpful and courteous. I am a repeat customer. It is a few block away from Vacation Villages which makes it very convenient !! I will always use their scooters when I come to the Kissimmee/Orlando.

We rented 2 scooters for a week initially and for day 1of Disney they were great. We rented two more for three days. They were a huge disappointment. We charged them every night and we would be in the red at the start of the day. Not what you want to see when you have a whole day planned in the Disney parks. By the time the week was out only one of our 4 scooters was working at full charge. We tried swapping batteries etc. which helped us limp along. One completely died in Animal Kingdom. When we called we received an answering machine and had to wait for call back. Not what you want to hear when you are sitting with dead carts. When we called to complain the day we left we were told if we called someone would have brought a replacement cart to the parks parking area. Which is great except the reason we have the carts is because we have trouble walking. If the batteries are dead how do we go to meet someone? So disappointed as we have rented these exact models in our own state for an entire day and never had even one tic go down on the battery meter. Buyer beware in renting from K & M.

We rented 2 of these scooters for my parents while we visited Orlando a few weeks ago and went to Disney World and surrounding areas. The scooters were dropped off at our hotel which was great! They seemed to work well for about a day or so and then we started to have a lot of problems with them holding their charge. We had them charging all night (8-10 hours) and they would run out of battery by about noon the next day. We were frequently having to stop and take breaks in the parks to let them charge, it was incredibly disappointing. We ended up renting two additional scooters from the same company for other members of our party (K & M were the only company in town that had scooters available on a short notice) and had the same issue. We brought the issue up to K & M and they offered to let us switch out the batteries and chargers. We did this and there was no change in the issue. We wasted a lot of valuable hours in the parks on a trip we had spent over 2 years planning...very disappointing. One of the second sets of scooters they gave us had a broken seat that was fully reclined within minutes of pickup. Overall, the scooters themselves are fairly easy to take apart and put into a vehicle and the price is pretty competitive for the area. The scooters themselves were very dented and banged up, likely from others putting them in and out of their vehicles. Their customer service was frustrating, almost always had to leave a voicemail and wait a few hours to hear back from anyone. We were so disappointed with their ability to hold a charge and how much time we wasted on our trips waiting for them to charge. There were days when one member of our group had to miss a lot of Disney as their scooter was almost always dead.

From the moment I called to inquire about a scooter rental they were top notch! Amanda was great on the phone giving us all the information I needed! Right then I knew this would be the best company to trust for this rental. We picked up the scooter on Thanksgiving- Tyler was so patient getting us the perfect scooter. He let us try it out in the parking lot and even wiped it down for us. Dropping it off was easy! This place is so close and convenient to Disney! We will definitely rent again from K& M! Thank you for being so AWESOME!
