I realized I had purchased this app unintentionally. I immediately contacted them and received an email saying I would not be charged. Charge was made anyway. No phone number and unable to reach their website. Initiated a chargeback with my bank. Not U.S. based. Charge does not show up as Klinio. ZERO stars

When this app automatically renewed, my credit card declined the charge. The fraud department alerted me. The app resubmitted it and charged me for six months. I contacted Klinio on the same day I received a fraud alert from my credit card, they declined to reimburse for the six months that had not yet been used. They cancelled the subscription but charged me for it.

Hard to cancel
I had been trying to cancel This app for a week before my subscription renewed and it is not user friendly. The app would freeze on the page and I would have to just close it. The number listed to contact them does not work. Of course my subscription renewed and I was charged $54.

Scam to take your money
I was charged over $60 for a 6 month renewal. Caught the charge the same day as they took it out. I reached out to the company to cancel the subscription and get my money back. They canceled my subscription but refused to refund the money. Do yourself a favor and use a different app. This one sucked and now they have ripped me off on top of it.

Horrible experience
This app never allowed me to start an account. Got locked in an endless loop starting at the registration page then not creating the account and sending me back to the registration page. They sure were glad to take my money to renew my subscription despite emailing to state my problem. No response ever came. Cancel the subscription you say? Where? Registration page that I am stuck on doesn’t give the option to unsubscribe. I just want back my money and the subscription cancelled.

Update ugh
I don't like the recent update. Things are coming up totally differently than before. It takes longer to get results and I have to put things into the meal plan in dribs and drabs or the program assumes chicken and vegetables means a cup of each vegetable, that sort of thing, so I put in chicken then save then green beans, then carrots, save, save, save etc.
