Don't honor their exchange policy First and last time ordering. The shoes seem comfortable and well made. They run large, though, and there is no sizing assistance on the site. I won't be ordering again, however. I paid for the free exchange/return and the exchange is not allowed on the item I purchased (which is just a size change) "due to limited availability". This is not mentioned as a possibility anywhere when you are paying for the option to have free exchange/return. I should be able to exchange what I bought for a different size. PERIOD. That's not an option (but I can return and buy the other size - gosh, thanks) ,so I am returning both pairs for a refund. POLICY FROM WEBSITE: "We offer a 1 time free exchange. Any additional exchanges will need to be approved and processed with a customer service agent. A $10.00 shipping fee per order will need to be paid upfront before the agent can process the additional exchange. Please reach out to customer service by phone, chat or email." This is the first exchange (first time ordering) and I did contact customer service to no avail. Be warned if you purchase thinking you can exchange, that may not be the case!

Athens 2 I bought two pairs of the new Athens 2 three months ago. I rotate wear and have another pair of shoes I wear as well. One of the new shoes had the outsole come apart from the midsole. Their customer service said it was regular wear and tear. Three months of occasional use in a $140 shoe shouldn’t damage the shoe. Terrible quality and worse customer service.

Poor Quality After 4 months a hole started in the area of the big toe and eventually spread into a tear across the top. When we contacted customer service we were told it was normal wear and tear. Interesting how the other shoe was fine so I guess if you want to pay $130 for a pair of shoes for 4 months use these are the shoes for you, not for me though I’m done with them! Other reputable retails never hassle you over flawed merchandise.

What a JOKE ! Got Kizik shoes for my 5 year old grandson.They are already falling apart !Didn’t even last him 1/2 the school year.Kizik customer service refused to replace this poor little boys shies. They acted like they were being generous by offering g a 15% discount on another pair of Kiziks.It seems to me that the shoes are the same quality as their customer service . What a JOKE !

Sizing runs small, poor service Bought 3 pair. First one was good, right size and well made. So I bought two more and both pair of 9 1/2 Wides were too small. Customer Service was dismissive and refused to swap out or refund. Funny, first pair still pretty good.

Sizing The reason for the 3 stars, ran small , wear men’s 11 for at least 50 years. Had to reorder 11.5, they sent me an 8.6, big difference.When I finally got my correct fit they feel and perform great. Also shipping needs some attention, they used laser ship , fedex , DHL and post office. I’m either shipping or return . Needs some consistency!!

Only three month warranty I noticed in one shoe only that a hole has developed after only six months. I contacted support and they said it was normal wear and tear. In one shoe only??? The other shoe is completely fine. I don't understand the concept of it being wear and tear on one shoe.

Fading color The slip-on works fine but my shoes faded from black to something like brownish. I contacted the company and they offered me a discount on another pair. I guess that’s how they get their sales numbers up. I won’t do business with them anymore.

PITIFUL EXCUSE FOR A SHOE These shoes are the most uncomfortable shoes I have ever owned and they definitely are not what they are hyped up to be. I can't even "slip" into them. I have to put them on just like every other tennis shoe. I will never buy another pair. Wasted money for sure.

Great shoes but wear out quickly Love these shoes - Very convenient to slip on and off. But beware - do not last! Heel broke after a few months causing a huge blister. Contacted company who noted it was “normal wear and tear” so enjoy them - but not for long!

Works for 3 or 4 months I really liked them for the first few months but they start to break down after 3 or 4. I ordered another company which has a stainless steel heel and sent them back after 1 day. Those were heavy and did not fit well. I just wish the Kizik's heel stood up longer.

Poor sizing and quality The kizik comes in one size which they sent to everyone, C. That is small. They reive thousands of returns as a result. I returned the first pair. They said the EE and inch bigger. They are not. About 1/4 inch. You can get a C or EE which is really a C+. They make money by carrying less inventory. Of course the shoes are impossible to get on if you are a D or greater. They are definitely not slip on. They are flimsy. No I do not recommend you buy. They are a gimmick. You will find better options with a wider variety and sizing. Kizik is for the birds folks

Wears out after 4 months....Warranty only 3 months! I bought a pair of shoes from Kizik and initially loved them. After 4 months the inside of the heel has started wearing away. This seems like a big issue for shoes that are meant to be slipped on and off hands free. I contacted Kizik support and was told the warranty is only 3 months and all I could do was buy another pair......Shoes don't even last 4 months! WHY WOULD I BUY ANOTHER PAIR! Stay away, they don't value their customers or support their products.

Best Shoe for Stroke Patient Being a recently released Male Stroke Patient, I had to have my wife tie my shoes or had to wear house slippers. Searched online for no-tie shoes. Found a company that sold zip-up shoes, but they're suede and require no-tie laces which are sold separately. During my search I came across Kizik shoes and watched the videos showing how easy they are to 'Slip On." When I received the two pair I ordered, I anxiously tried them on without making any adjustments. Wow .... I couldn't believe how easy it was to put them on and take them off. Fit perfect. Look and feel great. Money well spent. I'll be ordering more.
