I was shopping online for the part but wanted to find a local shop that might have the part in stock. I called when they opened and was pleased to find they stocked the OEM water inlet valve for my KitchenAid dishwasher. They set the part aside and I was able to pick up same day. Within an hour my dish washer was back in full force. So nice to have a shop that carries these parts, price for OEM part was less than online retailers. A great resource for anyone looking to repair an appliance on their own.

I didn't have the model number to my oven but by describing the part and what I knew about the voltages they had my part in stock. We were back in service within 24 hours without a service call and at a fraction of the cost. Everyone there was helpful and got me in and out quick. I'll be shopping there again for any parts I need in the future.

Was desperate for a drain pump for my washing machine. Kitchen parts was the last place I called that was local, I didn’t wanna wait for shipping as the washer was already down a couple days trouble shooting. Surprise the kitchen parts place had it at a comparable price. Thanks guys!
