Glenn and his team are absolutely amazing! I love my kitchen. The after support is awesome. I highly recommend Kitchen Concepts, they are the whole package.

We have to begin here by recognizing Taylor, the design consultant, who came up trumps in her quiet but reassuring manner. In a competitive market this was important to us because it required some redesign to our existing floor plan. Naturally the price was a factor and this was an important consideration for us which we can now say was well worth it. We feel our kitchen is and looks a million dollars to us yet was competitively and fairly priced in our favour. Our nervous thoughts about the deconstruction and installation process was superbly put aside by the line up of contractors. Led by Tony Spiers (building), Jeff Clarke (Plumbing) and Pedro (Electrical) this would have to be one of the best coordinated set of contractors we’ve come across. Plumbing and electrical play a large part in any kitchen and this team spent the time to get the job right without creating a stressful and rushed environment. Tony had sub contractors and we would strongly urge anyone using this option to stick with them. Davina (painting), Shaun (plastering), Kieran (carpet), Glenn Lapslie (tiler) were without doubt a class act and we have experience to compare against so they provided all the polish here. Can’t thank Mike enough who installed the kitchen and treated the exercise like a finely tuned performance engine and the install speaks for itself. We would recommend to the business to stick to Pinpoint Delivery because the two chaps who delivered the kitchen went above and beyond with care. More so than those who delivered the bench top. Finally, thanks to Leo and Tabitha for the support in getting the job done. Leo, we thank you for your laser precision in the measurements and again, the results speak for themselves. Would recommend to anyone considering engaging Kitchen Concepts.

Right from the start Kitchen Concepts were fantastic. Fast initial booking, quotations fast, communication prompt and professional. Craftsmanship of the actual Kitchen was phenomenal too. Price was really good too. All round fantastic. Highly recommend!

We recently had a major refit of our kitchen by kitchen Concepts ltd. (90% replacement of 35 year old kitchen) The project was planned, priced, booked, measured, installed, an invoiced by various staff from Kitchen Concepts. The whole process went like clockwork. On time, on price and quality workmanship. All the staff were a pleasure to deal with and great at what they do. So good to deal with a company that actually knows what it is doing.

We have been delivering Units for Kitchen Concepts for the past 6 months. Due to our unique access to the factories back end we get to see the units being made in real time. It is incredible to see how detail orientated and hard working they are at Kitchen Concepts. Every unit is handled with extra care as if it’s their own. The staff there are very upbeat and positive as well which makes delivering them to customers a lot more enjoyable. We highly recommend kitchen concepts and for sure we will come to these guys when we need a new kitchen!

We have just finished doing a renovation of our 17 year old townhouse kitchen with the excellent people at Kitchen Concepts. Taylor the designer made some slight adjustments to the existing space which has made a massive improvement in the overall use of our limited space. Leo the project manager is awesome and did the final measurements and is the go to guy for any questions. We have been really impressed by the high standard of service and the quality of workmanship starting with the lovely guys who delivered the units the day before the installation, to the installer Hamish who worked so hard and did a great job, to the bench fabrication team. We absolutely love our new kitchen! We absolutely recommend the people at Kitchen Concepts and are so happy that we found them. Keep up the excellent work!

We recently had our new kitchen installed by Kitchen Concepts. We found them very obliging during the whole process. The kitchen was delivered on the due date and the installer was fantastic. We would have no hesitation in recommending Kitchen Concepts for a high quality product.

Our cottage in Arthur’s Pass was well overdue a new kitchen. We approached Glen and team and we have been so delighted with the end result. Being 100 years old the cottage needed a kitchen company that were experienced in working with the current dimensions. From the first meeting with the team we were impressed with the professional advice on the door styles, hardware and bench tops . The delivery and timeline as well as the fitting were perfect, all timelines were met despite the fact we were in an isolated environment. Nothing was a problem. Thanks team.
