I have used Kitchen & Co. Appraisal Services many times over the past forty years. EVERY time they have been professional, proficient, timely, and accurate in their assessments. From my first , four decades ago, to my latest this week their level of service has not changed. They are reasonably priced, though not the lowest. I tried another less expensive company last year on the recommendation of a mortgage broker; it was not a good experience.

On time and very professional service provided

I wanted an appraisal of my cottage and property for capital gains purposes. Wayne and Caleb arrive on time, introduced themselves and gave me their cards. Caleb took notes and asked questions about the property. He took pictures. Chatted about real estate today. In just over 24 hours I had my appraisal! It was 22 pages of information including his pictures and comparisons of other similar properties. I would recommend both this company and Caleb Wahl highly!

We got appraisal done by kitchen and company appraisal services, they send this lousy realtor (Caitlin Hill) who does for living for P/t realtor and P/t appraiser jobs for living. She appraised it less than 100K from another propfesional company we hired after to appraise our property. Obviously, jack of all trades master of none that’s what happened(successful realtor wouldn’t have another p/t). She even mentioned to us this year is the strongest housing market of all year. Everyone in real estate aware of the , stress test, interest hike market is slow in 2018. I’ll recommend anyone stay away from Caityln Hill for selling/buying or appraisal. She is lack of knowledge and unprofessional, miserable

I would highly recommend this company. They have done an excellent job and very much helped us reach an almost impossible closing date. We were trying to get an appraisal on our new property and all of the companies we talked to were over 2.5 months away from being able to service. This company was at the property within two days. To ownership: I would especially like to point out the hard work of Chrissy, the person in the office that really spearheaded and coordinated everything.
