I DONT RECOMMEND THIS COLLAGE, each module has too many videos your need to do, and in each video you need help from some else, which makes it even harder since it’s difficult to find someone who has the time for this. Also, the grading times take too long, so it is hard to keep going. plus, within the modules, one of them requires you take another first aid course that you have to pay for separately. I feel frustrated because I paid and tried to communicate my dissatisfaction but got no support from the school. They said they couldn’t do anything. Now I am stuck with the dilemma of whether to lose my money. The service is really terrible because when I started the course, I was never warned about this method.

Just graduated from Kirana Colleges and completed my Certificate 3 in early childhood and education. My experience with Kirana was pretty amazing. The teachers are very good- I would like to specifically mention Charu for her being such a great teacher to me. She was always thorough with explaining and helping me with queries. Jessica Gilbert took my assessment in the centre and she made me feel very comfortable. Her inputs and knowledge are very helpful. I would strongly encourage anyone considering enrolling with this company to read the cancellation terms very carefully before signing up.
When I first lost my job, I contacted the company and asked to push back my payment dates. To their credit, they were very accommodating and helpful with that. However, as time went on, I still wasn't able to find employment and eventually reached a point where I simply could not afford to continue with the course.
For the past three months, I have been trying to cancel my enrolment. Despite multiple phone calls and emails, I received very little assistance. I was repeatedly told that someone would get back to me, but I rarely received a response. When I tried returning missed calls, I couldn't get through to anyone, and many of my emails went unanswered.
The most shocking part was recently being told that I owe over $10,000, despite the course originally costing around $6,000. As a 19-year-old who was unemployed at the time and struggling to keep up with bills and loan repayments, this was incredibly stressful and difficult to understand.
I am now employed again and trying to catch up on life, my finances, and the debts that built up while I was out of work. Receiving a demand for more than $10,000 after months of trying to cancel has only added more stress to an already difficult situation.
My biggest issue has been the lack of communication and support throughout this process. I have genuinely tried to resolve the situation for months and have been left waiting for responses that never came.
Based on my experience, I would advise others to carefully consider the financial commitments involved and make sure they fully understand the cancellation policy before enrolling, especially if there's a chance their financial circumstances could change.
My experience with Kirana Colleges have been absolutely amazing. I got no problems when it comes to their platform. I can easily reach out for my teacher or ask student support team if I encounter any problems with my studies. They are very prompt and professional. Jessica, my teacher have been so helpful in my entire journey. She gave me suggestions and pointers on my assessments. She even called me even its not working hours just so she can answer my inquiries. I truly appreciate everything and everyone who have been supportive on my studies. Thanks a lot guys. Continue to be a blessing to all the students who wanted to set foot on early childhood career.
