It was the best experience riding around these e cycles. They are so easy and efficient and the team will provide u with every bit of information u need. U can charge them so easily and have reasonable prices. The team here is so welcoming and kind. Totally recommending Kinisi for ur next trip.

Loved Kinisi bikes. The people who work there are very helpful and kind. The price is decent. They are also always there to sort out any issues with the cycle. The bike worked beautifully. At some points the chain would come off, but i usually managed to fix it, with the help of other friendly people around. Would highly recommend Kinisi to anyone - plus its better than using a motorbike (sustainable and safer).

Such a lovely team, so warm and explained everything so nicely! Made me feel so comfortable when I was scared to drive the bike.. the bike itself was such a smooth and safe experience, totally recommend, even to new-timer bikers.

Company has no customer support over the weekends. Rented the bike for 4 days but couldn't ride it due to an issue that I needed support for. Rental does not happen for the full day (return is at 4:30 pm) even though you pay for that day.

Dear Mallika We are sorry to hear of your inconvenience. we are open all 365 days of the year. Our primary focus is to cater to the residents/Guests staying in Auroville registered places only and hence our working hours are from 9am to 4.30 pm as mentioned in our website.
