Brilliant service and products We have used Kings Office Furniture on a couple of occasions and are incredibly happy with the service provided. The furniture purchased was of a high quality and a great price. The communication from quote stage to delivery was excellent and cannot fault them in any way. We as a company will use them again and can highly recommend them.

great value for money, very easy to purchase online with no fuss or extra selling. Delivered within 2 days and 2 lovely men built the desks without any problems - I just wish all companies behave like this - they do exactly what you want and when you want it - brilliant and 5*!

I brought a chair that made my back so bad it put me in bed for a week. I went to make some adjustments but it was sold to me with all the screws over tightened so it was impossible to make any adjustments. They refused to even do a trade in because it was over 6 months (it had been 7). Terrible chair, terrible customer service. The reply from kings office furniture does not mention that they were charging me £30 for delivering it back, quite a big chunk of money. They also advertised the chairs price before tax, so the advertisment was for £120, then by the end, after tax and with delivery, it was £190, a very underhanded way to get people interested in your product especially in England. So again, a terrible company with terrible customer service.

I am very disappointed with your review as we pride ourselves in always offering excellent customer service. You contacted us after using the chair for 1 month , saying it wasn’t comfortable for you and as a gesture of goodwill we immediately offered you a replacement which you declined. It now seems particularly unfair that after 7 months you feel the need to write such a negative review.

These guys were great! Super fast service with very effective communication. After I placed my order, a sales rep called to confrim and ensure all details were correct, the furniture then arrived the next day. Cannot fault the service.
