Regularly order from Kings and i must they have they have been fantastic. We recently ordered a big order of desks and breakout furniture and there team delivered on time and installed to a great standard. There was a issue with a damaged plug and the team did not hesitate in getting replacements sent out. Highly reccomend.
I bought a chair from these guys this week. It is early days but the chair seems great.
What I wanted to comment on is the team, at Kings. Everyone i came across seemed genuinely "nice" not just "Sales person" nice just "nice."
This wasn't just to me either, they all seemed to like each other as well. Whilst they are mainly a B2B outfit the visit to their warehouse was very pleasant indeed. Who ever runs trhis place deserves a lot of credit
Never had a bad experience with Kings; not least as customer and after-sales care is impeccable. The team were kind enough very promptly to send me some spare parts - gratis - a good year after our last purchase. Highly recommended indeed.
Kings Office Furniture are super easy to deal with, efficient, gave us lots of options, turned up when they said they would, put everything together and left our office tidy and clean. Great value for money and they had exactly what we wanted. Removal of our old desks was reasonably priced and they did everything including breaking them down. Purchased a preloved desk and chair on two separate occasions, excellent service both times. Desk was built in my office for me, and I visited the showroom to find the right chair for me with the support of one of the owners.
