Terrible customer service. They gave my pick order to someone else and they told me I’d have to wait over an hour to place a new order because they were “too busy”. There was no apology for the inconvenience and the staff I spoke with was eating KP tobacco and she seemed completely unconcerned.
The moment we got in, we seat ourselves, we grab the menu ourselves. We tried to make eye contact with the waitress but was ignored two times. We order tea leave salad with white rice and Shan noodle but it’s turned out salty and not tasty at all. Both meal come with side soup and there was no flavor in it. The waitress did not ask for if we want a drink or nothing. We have tell the waitress that we want a water and we have to grab chopstick and straw ourself. We not going back. It was not a good experience.
