My niece loves coming here and playing. super clean facilities and everything always feels clean. From the time it has been opened this place and management has been run really well that is why we always come back. We had my nieces 3rd birthday here and on our behalf we really most defiantly PUSHED beyond the price limit asking for more chairs and plates. BUT.. The team catered for us and went above and beyond. (Give the team that was working today a pay rise) 😏

First time we took our 2 year old daughter here she had a great time, facilities were fantastic and the customer service was friendly. Today we brought out daughter on her 3rd birthday and instead of getting a welcome to Kids Korner we got a rude rundown on the rules about wearing socks and supervisors being 18 years old. Disappointing considering we drove an hour to this place! Do not recommend!

Fantastic indoor play space for kids of all ages to enjoy and be challenged by. Beautifully clean, and friendly staff too.

We had our kids football break up at KidzKorner and our team loved it! The separated kids zones are good if you have kids at different ages because the older kids can speed around the tramp zones while the toddlers stay in the younger age zone. The staff were helpful and happy, and the slushies were a hit with the kids 😋. Us parents enjoyed a chat while the kids played, and most importantly, you make great coffee! We will be back!

Really abrupt, unnecessarily rude customer service when just making a basic enquiry. Was really disappointing. BUT I did receive a really good response and follow up from the manager so have upgraded my review.

This was a situation where he was illegally parking under a “we will clamp you sign if you park here without visiting Bowlarama or KidzKorner”. He wasn’t a visitor he was going to another premise across the road. We were polite and told him he shouldn’t park here.

Amazing place to take the kids and only place like it in New Plymouth, all though one of staff members ruined it completely as just was extremely judgy and unfriendly

I would waste your money if you have children over 8, it's expensive and I honestly I am disappointed, I thought it was different play area for kids depending on there age, how are older Children meant to have fun in such a small restricted space with 4 year Olds also in the small space.
