Absolutely terrible Childcare centre! All the good Educators have left & the place has turned horrible all the young staff there have no nurturing abilities! Very poor management.

Our baby has been at this center for almost 2 years now, she absolutely loved this place. The educators always have a big smile and open their arms to greet her in the morning, which made the drop off so much easier. There are plenty activies throughout the day and we love to recieve the daily post seeing all the little ones are having funs.

kids academy is incredibly friendly and professional. The level of care they deliver is above and beyond any other service we have experienced. Thank you.

I’ve worked in the child care industry for just under 2 years now and I can honestly say this is the best job ever. I enjoy being apart of the team with in the service. I love the daily interactions with both the children and families at the service. I love seeing the other educators and I am always learning something new. I enjoy giving the duty of care for children in my room. I love working with the management & the other support teams throughout this service are incredible and supportive. I highly recommend this service for children & families.

Kids Academy has nurtured my son beautifully. Their care, education and support has been greatly appreciated. A shout out to past and present staff for our sons progress.

My daughter is so happy and settled with her wonderful educators and has learnt so much in the last 12 months! I love the sense of community when you come in. Even with a lot of change this year, my daughters care and education was not effected and it’s obvious that it’s been a positive change!

Couldn’t be happier with Kids Academy! Centre manager Jaimi and her team are so wonderful and very caring. The educators have always made our son feel safe and supported, especially as he has transitioned up into new rooms. We are also really happy with the curriculum and ammenities at the centre, such a fun learning space for the kids! We love the daily updates and pictures too!

My daughter absolutely loves it here. Every time we drive into the driveway I always hear a ‘yay’ in the backseat and see the biggest smile of her face. On drop offs and pick up the educators in her room always show they genuinely care about my child and what her goals are. They work amazingly with my daughters specialists who come out for community visits, and they are always continually updating with on how she is going. Could not be any happier with the amazing care my daughter receives there.

Our kids go here currently and always have a ball! Don’t want to come home after they’ve been there

My kids love it here, have been here since it first opened and they are always so happy and learn so much!

Their management is not good. My kid was not comfortable there. They didn't pay attention to the requirements which I wrote in daily reports . staff changed continuously. (Lack of staff) s o my kid couldn't get used to them. I had lots of problems when I wanted to withdraw my kid.

Such an amazing childcare, the facilities are fantastic, there’s a sense of staff cohesiveness and you can really see the genuine passion they have caring for the children. A very well managed centre, even the chef is so lovely and you can see the pride he takes in preparing their meals. This is the third centre our son has been to and is by far the best. Horrible management. Emailed to the manager to withdraw my kid from the center and will present on the last day to avoid fee. Manager emailed back to me not to attend the center as they have special code to cover it. It turned out that not only they don’t refund me the credit but deducted more money from my account as we didn’t attend to the center on the last day as the center link required. It’s ok If the manager doesn’t know the policy. But don’t pass the miss led information to your clients. I would rate zero if I could.
