We attended this centre about three years ago. The educators were all very kind and lovely, and their facilities are truly stunning and impressive. However, the management was extremely disappointing. Even though we are no longer customers, every time I think of this place, it brings back many unpleasant memories. Everyone’s experience may be different, but based on ours, I would give zero stars — or even a negative rating if that were possible.

I had a conversation with my grandkids , and my grandkids told me they are afraid of an educator , that is a bit chubby and dark skin in appearance. They said she is always yelling at them, and other children too. she often pulled the arm of one of my grandkids (the bigger one) and told my grandkid : you need to listen to what I said and do it, but in a very loud voice. I asked my grandkid, my grandkids said she is of an Indian heritage. I rather not telling my grandkids' names as I am afraid they would be discriminated. My daughter talked to other educators there and was being told her name is Carita, and she is not qualified yet. She is doing her placement at the Centre at the moment to be qualified. My grandkids don't want to go to this childcare centre anymore. They cry when my daughter takes them there. They said that Educator makes them afraid. My daughter is so upset, but afraid to speak up because she doesn't want to make it worse for the children. She wants to enrol them elsewhere but that's the closer childcare centre to home, so her hands are tight. I do hope the childcare centre paying attention to their educators' qualifications and qualities. Having an educator that is scaring children to get what she wants, is never part of Australian education system

Absolutely terrible Childcare centre! All the good Educators have left & the place has turned horrible all the young staff there have no nurturing abilities! Very poor management.

Our baby has been at this center for almost 2 years now, she absolutely loved this place. The educators always have a big smile and open their arms to greet her in the morning, which made the drop off so much easier. There are plenty activies throughout the day and we love to recieve the daily post seeing all the little ones are having funs.

My daughter absolutely loves it here. Every time we drive into the driveway I always hear a ‘yay’ in the backseat and see the biggest smile of her face. On drop offs and pick up the educators in her room always show they genuinely care about my child and what her goals are. They work amazingly with my daughters specialists who come out for community visits, and they are always continually updating with on how she is going. Could not be any happier with the amazing care my daughter receives there.

Their management is not good. My kid was not comfortable there. They didn't pay attention to the requirements which I wrote in daily reports . staff changed continuously. (Lack of staff) s o my kid couldn't get used to them. I had lots of problems when I wanted to withdraw my kid.

Such an amazing childcare, the facilities are fantastic, there’s a sense of staff cohesiveness and you can really see the genuine passion they have caring for the children. A very well managed centre, even the chef is so lovely and you can see the pride he takes in preparing their meals. This is the third centre our son has been to and is by far the best. Thank you all for the amazing job you guys do each and every day. Regards, Vining family.

Horrible management. Emailed to the manager to withdraw my kid from the center and will present on the last day to avoid fee. Manager emailed back to me not to attend the center as they have special code to cover it. It turned out that not only they don’t refund me the credit but deducted more money from my account as we didn’t attend to the center on the last day as the center link required. It’s ok If the manager doesn’t know the policy. But don’t pass the miss led information to your clients. I would rate zero if I could.
