Very bad childcare. Manager don’t have knowledge and skills. Some staffs are very bad. No look after kids. I am not recommended.

This day care was well portrayed as a good secured day care. I have tried to contact online to book in for an appointment for a meet and greet for my 1 year old daughter. The phone line is answered by another day care, so I thought I would come in during drop off time. Only to find out that the doors are unlocked with no staff to be found in reception. Kids are screaming and crying that can be heard throughout the front door. I was so shocked to find a little girl who was sitting in an enclosed sandpit by herself who looked like she was only 9 months old sitting by herself with no teachers to be found. I was absolutely horrified and angry at myself to even consider putting my daughter at risk just because I thought this day care looked really nice and kids friendly. I thought wrong considering it had really good reviews. I asked around the neighbourhood through a community page only to find out, that the teachers and their families are making the reviews. Completely dishonest. I would not recommend!

As irresponsible as heard. No apology for repeated negligence, had to pull my child out . Definitely not recommended

Me and my husband are so happy to find this place and close to home. My tow kids one in kindy and another one in prekindy are so lucky to get great education and loving ans caring environment from the educators. Miss Anila in the kindergarten room and my son's improvement is amazing. She has worked hard with son as he was struggling with emotional skills and toilet training skills. After few months of work , he is happy to go to daycare everyday and now he is such a happy,sweet little boy with great skills.
Also Miss Daljit helped with my Daughter and son with their emotional skills. My daughter used to cry everytime when I dropped her off but now she has found few educators including Miss Daljit whom she can trust and feel safe. All of the educators are so helpful, professional ans gives great advice . Best and an amazing day care

My daughter was both excited and really nervous about starting at a new daycare. She was really struggling with separation anxiety and would cry when I would try to leave at drop off time. The staff at Kids Club went above and beyond to help make her comfortable and settle in to her new centre and over the weeks she has been there she has been less and less sad at drop off and always is smiling and happy when I pick her up. I am really grateful to the staff for supporting her emotional needs and helping her settle in. My youngest starts there in a couple of weeks and I know they are going to look after her just as well!

I was given the amazing opportunity to be the chef here at darra I joined this amazing team in mid February, and I love it so much. The team and work place is great. Can not recommend this any more

I have two girls there. Very happy and are encouraged by kind and well-educated staff. Also very convenient place to commute as being close to train station with lots of parking spots.

My son has been enrolled since he was 8 months old. The educators are so lovely and attentive, he adores them and is always comfortable and excited to be there.
The daily updates on the parent portal is amazing and you feel like you are apart of the activities.

My child has attended kids club for almost 1 year now. He has been attending the kindergarten room and absolutely loves it! The team go above and beyond for the children in their care. The programs that are run are educational but also very engaging and hold the child’s interest. The centre is clean and always tidy and all of the staff are always friendly and attentive. My child has flourished both in confidence and academically since his time at kids club. Thank you team for all of your hard work!
