I want to address a few points directly:

First, regarding your previous review - we did not have it removed, nor could we. Google's policies, and any removal was their decision based on their guidelines. Over the last 17 years we have only had a handful of negative reviews. You can see that those reviews are listed here.

I'm proud that our team includes talented professionals from South Africa, where much of my own family is from. I will not allow my employees to feel bad about themselves just because of where they are from.

Regarding your experience with our services - an 8-month partnership resulting in dissatisfaction is something I take very seriously. While I'd need to review the specifics of your account to understand what happened, your feedback about communication and expectations is important to me.
