Perfect for meetings and conferences. The service is perfect and the food...devine

The restaurant really needs to improve, the standard of the menu is outrageous

Everything about this place work EXCEPT for the restaurant. That place is an afterthought clearly. The service is below subpar, the casino and the rooms are what the venue is focused on but the restaurant really is not up to par. Sleep here, gamble but done eat there. Maybe it's good for those who drink.

Very disappointed, a lady called Martha sedibe came while i was having breakfast and asked me "did you sleep here" i have never felt offended like that day. Really?

The only good thing about this hotel is its location, I was greeted by an entrance with a cracked window in the security entrance, imagine what is suppose to be the star hotel had a cracked window, absolutely horrified at how dirty outside of the hotel, then I got to the reception, this was about 22:00 and the lady at te reception was unkind, gave me the key to go look at the room. Dammmmmmm when got there, the coach had a buldged, the side tables scratched as tou someone was writing with a sharp object , I just felt unsafe. And wouldn't have survived the night, luckily there was rooms in premier close by and when I went to tell the lady the room wasn't up to standard, she took te keys and ignored me. Then began to assist other ppl who spoke her language.lets just say I thought Peermont was a great group but this hotel needs work. I didn't get my refund until this day, they called to staythey will apologies.did no such and no refund even tou I didn't sleep there .

Absolutely fabulous, I loved it

The rooms are very beautiful and spacious however the cleaners don’t do a thorough job. The location of the place is not that great just in the mix of the taxi rank. The service is not wow and really nothing to write about. The whole outside of the casino needs a repaint and also some work. The whole reception and toilets is very smelly of tobacco as it is next to the smoking side of the casino.

you can discuss a lot about the quality of service, the cleanliness of the premises, but in very few restaurants the chef comes to you to ask if the food was tasty. Cool guys. Good luck. I hope I will come to visit this place again. Fine people. Good food.
