I highly recommend Khazai Rugs for rug cleaning. They did an amazing job cleaning our well-loved (by animals and humans alike!), pre-owned Turkish hereke rug. Doug came to our home to assess what needed to be done with the rug. He is clearly very knowledgeable, which made me feel confident we had chosen the right company. Khazai cleaned the rug in the amount of time they said they would , and Doug delivered the rug to us in our home. In this day of COVID delays, I appreciated Khazai keeping their word and completely the job in the timeframe they said they would. They are communicative and responsive, which are two qualities that I value in a service provider. Thank you!
I have recently moved to Lexington and looked on line for area rugs. The first site to come up was Khazai Rugs and it was perfect. Doug spent a lot of time trying to match my furniture. I picked out two rugs and Doug came to my house and laid down both so I could choose. He would have brought more if I wanted. The rug that I picked was perfect. I recently went back for a smaller rug and again he was incredibly helpful. I highly recommend this store.
I just had three rugs cleaned and repaired by Khazai, and they came back looking great. They even repaired some additional sections of one rug at no extra charge. When the rugs were delivered back to my home, Doug helped put them back in place. I would definitely utilize their services again.
I had Khazai clean my large, ivory Bokhara and a smaller Kurdish bridal rug. Their service was exceptional. The Bokhara had seen heavy duty and badly needed a cleaning. Khazai did the job. They also moved the furniture and made sure everything was perfect. I can't recommend them enough.
I bought a rug from the store in Lexington. Doug helped me with my purchase. He was very professional and helpful with decorating ideas. He was no pressure and even offered to let me try out several rugs in my house. Fortunately the first one he laid was perfect. Prices were extremely reasonable.
