I made three keys. They do not fit smoothly, they fit only after jiggling because one edge is raggedy and needs filing. I do not appreciate having to do filing after paying for keys.

Extremely unprofessional experience. Explained urgency of situation and they said a Tech would reach out shortly. After an hour I called back and asked for an update. They said they cancelled the appointment due to weather. To cancel and not inform the customer is not okay. If weather was an issue why accept the appointment in the first place? Bottom line not reaching out to inform a customer anticipating service is terrible service.
