Took advantage of my mom who is a senior citizen
They totally took advantage of my mom they charged her 200 and said that they fixed her a key fob. They left the fob never starting her car and told her the fob did work that battery was dead. The battery was never dead so she tried to call them and talk to them today they lied and said the technician told her it wouldn’t work. The technician actually told her if anybody tries to tell her that it’s the key fob they are wrong because it does work. I think it’s horrible to take advantage of the elderly she has been through enough this last month.

Never responded and hung up on us
Very bad experience! They never gave an ETA on when the locksmith would arrive. After multiple calls over an hour time period they just kept saying ‘the technician will call you’ with an ETA. I finally called again saying that nobody was calling and that I just needed to know an approximate timeframe or when the technician would be calling.
They just repeated ‘the technician will call you’. I then said - no - I have been told that multiple times but nobody is calling. I need to know from you what your general ETA is
- people were waiting and waiting who were locked out of our house and it was late at night so I just needed a general idea at least of a timeframe.
Instead the agent hung up on me!
Wow!
I immediately called a different locksmith and they gave me an ETA and everything worked out well.
Keyme locksmith never did call back at all that night so I am so glad I called someone else or I would have waited forever with nobody caring.
Terrible service and was really unfortunate. Just happy there was another reputable company available to help - thank God!

Astronomical fees
I was charged $297 for 10 seconds of work. Not to mention the $40 service fee if you use a card to pay. None of this was disclosed to me prior to providing service. Predatory pricing at its finest. I highly recommend giving your business to someone who will not take advantage of you when you’re locked out of your car.
Don’t go to key me locksmiths.
Honestly not even a 1 star business. Charged my card and then proceeded to say they didn’t have a locksmith in my area. and then provided absolutely no way to even solve the issues at all. and didn’t see an issue with charging my card before stating there were no locksmith’s available.
They are worthless
I called to get a key made for my motor home, after the lady who answered my called took all the information except my blood type and then said a tech will call me, but I received ths: Hi this is the Locksmith Service
Unfortunately, we do not have a technician to make or program the key, we can only unlock the car doors, If you would like to go with the unlocking service kindly give us a call back.
If you need to contact the office you can call us at 855-208-2844. So the bottom line is they SUCK, and Liers.
Keys work great!!

Shipping was delayed, which I know isn't their fault but otherwise the kiosk came in handy when I needed to get my fiancé a new car key
