Worst staff ever! The one called Karen or whatever her name is nasty, rude and condescending. Whenever she’s on the phone, you just know it would be an unpleasant one. Talks over you and acts like she knows something when she clearly does not. I went in today and after being asked some questions, was told I couldn’t have the treatment. I had 2 areas. Not once did she ask about the other area. Instead tried to hurry me out, to which I declined. I paid for 12 sessions in advance but I’ll happily take a refund and go elsewhere. Everyone else I have encountered have been patient enough with me. Presentation is everything so when you walk in huffing and puffing talking over a paying customer, not going to happen. She ruined my entire day and I just want to say, if you are a person of color, avoid this Karen or Kerin lady whatever her name is.
I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Kerin and his team at Kerin Med Spa. He truly takes the time to understand your concerns and recommends only what will help you look and feel your best — never more, never pushy. As someone who gets nervous about cosmetic treatments, I’ve been so impressed with how comfortable and cared for I feel every visit. The results speak for themselves: my skin is smoother, brighter, and more youthful, all while looking completely natural. I’m so grateful I found Dr. Kerin — highly recommend!
**Answering the below response: In hindsight, I’m actually grateful I didn’t receive the treatment—especially after reading the low ratings and alarming burn experiences shared by other clients. My one-star review is also due to the fact that your team failed to inform me in advance that you don’t perform laser hair removal during the summer. I was very clear during the phone call about the treatment and the area to be treated. I ended up wasting my time traveling to the office, only to be left waiting alone in a room for a doctor who never showed up. You may follow safety protocols, but you clearly lack attention to your customers. That experience was unprofessional and disappointing.

Dr. Kerin and his team are the best! I have been going to Dr Kerin for over 2 years for botox and absolutely love the results. Because I had such a good experience with botox I decided to try a facial at Kerin Medpspa.I got the hydrafacial and it was absolutely amazing and so relaxing. Highly recommend Kerin Medspa, especially if you are new to botox/facials they are so welcoming and walk you through it!

Really want to love this place but they lower the settings when it comes to picosure to keep you coming back for more. However, I must say everyone is very friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable and professional.
07/25/23: Appreciate the response. However, I never been told this. Everytime I gave a feedback in regards of pain and results, I was given every other information besides what you’ve mentioned. The first and last treatments were phenomenal, but sadly the treatments in between gave little to no results. The fact that I’m being told this NOW only makes you guys sound more sketchy. Again, thank you for time and response.

Dr. Kerin and his staff are so great. The prices are excellent. I have a laser procedure once a month on my face and sometimes on my neck it has made such a huge difference in the aging process.

Dr. Kerin is absolutely amazing! Never pushing anything, only when comfortable. Had my forehead done before at another place and always had drooping eyes, was very worried to try again. Dr. Kerin did amazing job, no droopiness, just light correction and wonderful result!
