James rented a backhoe for the weekend job last weekend. My credit card was charged $200.00 more after we returned the equipment without even letting us know that they billed us more than the receipt they gave us when we pick up the equipment. They are like a robber. Don’t rent from them if you have another option not too.

Pretty awesome experience end to end. Dropped by the office, was greeted by Shirl who explained the process clearly, signed a straightforward rental contract, and got the excavator delivered for a week worth of work. Nick was very helpful and gave a pretty detailed overview view on how to operate the machine, and the do’s and don’t’s. The return was pretty straightforward as well. Make sure to clean and fill up prior to return as expected. Highly recommended. Will rent again for sure. Thanks for making these great machines available for rent!
