Pretty awesome experience end to end. Dropped by the office, was greeted by Shirl who explained the process clearly, signed a straightforward rental contract, and got the excavator delivered for a week worth of work. Nick was very helpful and gave a pretty detailed overview view on how to operate the machine, and the do’s and don’t’s. The return was pretty straightforward as well. Make sure to clean and fill up prior to return as expected. Highly recommended. Will rent again for sure. Thanks for making these great machines available for rent!

I have rented multiple pieces of equipment from this place before, but recently rented a piece of equipment that failed to work in the manner it should have. I notified the staff here and they came out to witness the problems I was having and agreed it was an equipment malfunction. This set me back a day on my job, yet I was charged 50% of the second day even though it didn't work. They were dishonest and did not live up to the expectations that they set on the phone. Not to mention their product was double the price as the same product available in SSM... Very disappointed with my experience there.
