Absolutely horrible insurance broker would not recommend them to my worst enemy. Very poor customer service. Mark Keller does not look out for the best interest of his clients very rude and unprofessional the girl Candace that works there very rude very unprofessional there rates are very high all around just a horrible place to do business with

We're proud to be your very first insurance provider. We understand that your mechanic referred you to our brokerage; a testament to our customer service & prices. You renewed your insurance with us in August (we had to be doing something right). At the same time you requested to add a second truck to your policy. I explained that we should look at all options to get the best possible price. You were in a big hurry & a friend of yours from down east said just to add it to your current Facility policy. I told you we would do that, but it would be very expensive! That's part of our customer service, we shop for the best price whenever we can. As for Kandace, she's been a valued member of our team for two decades now. She has numerous complimentary reviews to attest to that. Sorry we didn't meet your standards.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Keller brokers mark is amazing and understood my situation completely got me insurance at a great price considering the circumstances the ladies at the front desk were very professional I didn’t feel judged at all people go through things in life and this is just one of those things that made me feel good you guys are doing great

I called for a quote for my cars. I was put in contact with an Emily Kulak. She was very helpful and I had no trouble understanding her. She went out of her way to answer all my concerns. Emily was also very friendly and even though i probably kept her on the call to long asking questions and she was very patient with me.
Keller & Associates are like Mom's & Dad's. Us kids may venture out but we will always find our way back home!
I was with Keller & Associates many moons ago, when I was single and living life, once I settled down I decided to switch over to join the better looking half's insurance company. Well, here we are, again, returning home and we couldn't be happier! Keller & Associates are saving us over $700 a year! With way more coverage, I might add!
From calling Dawn to get things started, talking to Mark to hear the amazing deal he found, to signing the papers with Kandace; These folks are top tier Gold! You're not a file or a number to them, you're a person, you have a name, they care about you. They will do anything and everything they possibly can to help you. No matter how many times I venture away from them, they always welcome me back with open arms. This time, I'm staying!

If I could give ZERO stars I would! Worst experience ever. Asked for a quote, was told 3x they would get back and didn’t. Finally got ahold of the guy and he stated he hasn’t had a chance to get a quote for me but I should go with previous quotes as he can’t beat them. Waste of time and unprofessional. Positive is the front desk lady is very polite. Don’t waste your time with this clown

I have always had great interactions with all the associates at Keller insurance. They went out of their way to insure I had the best possible rate. And then Donna also got the rate reduced on top of the already reduced rate.
The experience is always personal and I’m always left feeling like I’ve been taken care of.
