The only reason they aren't getting 1 star is because they did find us a good tenant. But everything else that followed was sub par at best.
So my first issue with this group has to do with the delays they cause on receiving rent. My tenants would pay there rent on time but I wouldn't get it for sometimes 5 days! I once had to dip into my savings to cover my bills while I waited for KEAN to transfer me the money they had already received. So if you use this service expect your rent to be sent to you on like the 5th of the month. They rented my unit out for less than what it costed me to own it during the year that I had a tenant I lost 15$ a month then when my condo fees went up I was losing about 65 a month. Even if I raise rent the legal amount it won't cover the deficit left by the advice of this management group. They said that I should be happy to make a little less and that with the gain in equity I will win over time. I wonder how many other landlords out there are okay with losing money each month?
They also failed to send me a copy of our lease and that took about 3 weeks to get . After I fired them it took over a year to get my keys back as they simply forgot about me. In closing I would not recommend this management company to anyone . As they simply miss the details it takes to be a good property manager

That being said, we tenanted for you during the pandemic and the rental market was facing a dip, your rents not being able to cover all your costs is not something we can control for in all situations especially with continuously raising costs including as you mentioned your condo fees increases during the term. Leases are distributed to all parties that sign the agreement immediately after signing is complete so we’re confident you would have received an email with the signed lease. Again communicating this process would have helped you to realize that, and we know that we could improve the turn around once you requested an additional copy.
We appreciate and acknowledge that not every experience was perfect, as everyone has different expectations and preferences. We strive to provide excellent service to all of our customers, and we're sorry that we fell short in your case. We are continuously working to improve when it comes to our services, setting standards and communicating the process.

I had been following @pwwealth on Instagram since 2018. FOREX INVESTMENT I never believed my life will change in such a manner, i saw a review on a page about MRS ELIZABETH BAYS and before then i have never risk money doing anything online with anybody because i think i was so wise and never want to be cheated, but when i contacted her and she explained everything to me concerning trading and the profit i can make within a week i was convinced to give a trial and why i risked to invest 500$ was because i don't need to send her the money but to create and fund my trading account all by myself and give her the access to manage my trading account and i made a withdrawals of 6000$ in a week, please i am very happy to introduce all friends and family to invest in themselves and there family. Instead of looking for other evil ways to make money or to increase there worth in life thanks

Kemba is an amazing person that is not only personable but also professional and efficient.

I used Kean services to help me to find tenants for my property. Being a busy mom, I didnt have the time to do the process myself so having this service was such a blessing. They made the process so easy and they were excellent in their communication and keeping us informed.
