we approached KDC to revamp our website and add online sale on the site.
We were facing sissues with online sales from Day 1 but initially at least we would get some response from KSV so at least felt like they were making an effort to fix the bug.
The no of bugs have only increased over a period of time and they sont even bother to respond anymore.
I am considering disabling the online sales and getting another professional to sort out these issues.Hopefully someone who knows their job better than KDC
