The microphone is really bad, the service is poor, and the security at the entrance is very disappointing.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear your experience didn’t meet expectations, particularly regarding the microphones, service, and entry process. This isn’t the experience we aim to provide, and your comments have been shared with our management team for review and improvement.
We had such a great time here! The rooms are all private and you can sing as loud as you want. The staff were all really lovely and helpful, and there was a great selection of songs. We'll definitely be back!

Thank you so much Maddy for your awesome review. We’re delighted to hear you had a great time and enjoyed the private rooms, song selection, and our team’s service. We look forward to welcoming you back soon!
Look, it’s a modest 2.5‑out‑of‑5 karaoke spot—nothing spectacular, but it gets the job done.
First impressions:
A laid‑back venue where you must tell security if you’ve been drinking. The guard makes sense; by 10:30 PM the place fills with loud, tipsy patrons.
Room issues:
Pitch adjustments affect only the room's speakers, not the TV audio—a glaring oversight at a Karaoke venue.
Mic quality varies wildly; some are clear, others barely audible.
The ordering tablet feels cheap and tacked on.
Overall, the room looks worn and neglected.
Bottom line:
It’s a functional karaoke bar, but the $48/2 hour price tag feels steep for a $25 experience. Dropping the food service (or swapping it for vending machines) and overhauling the audio and décor would make it a solid karaoke venue.
