My experience with Marc Kaufman Furs was excellent from the very first phone call with Jody. When I met both Jody and Mr. Kaufman, they immediately made me feel comfortable and welcome, like I was right at home.
The best part of my experience was how trustworthy they were. I was extremely pleased with the appraisal outcome of my fur. They were both professional, pleasant, and took care of me right away. We even had such a wonderful conversation that it felt like we had known each other for years.
Thank you both for your kindness, honesty, and helpful tips. I highly recommend visiting this store for your fur needs — you will be treated with care and respect from start to finish.

Please avoid the Atlanta Miami Circle location. They don't advise of their no refund policy. I changed my mind on fur storage within 15 minutes due to exorbitant prices. They refused to refund my money. I called 911 for assistance and their solution was to say I was trespassing inspite of my calm demeanor. I feel scammed out of $540.
I do not recommend this business to anyone who values good customer service. Find another business that values customers not one that treats customers poorly.
They advertise as Marc Kaufman Furs Atlanta but Mr Kaufman clearly told me he does not have an Atlanta location. Fraud. False advertising.

I absolutely LOVE this business…from the customer service, flexibility, quality of pieces, accommodations and price. I have had my coats restored beautifully, tailored, crafted, altered and every time I was a happy customer. Jodi is a JOY in every sense of the word and the owner Marc, when he is hands on …it’s a treat!!!! Definitely my fave!!!!!!

Horrible customer service. While their selection of coats were great, I was shocked by how rude they treated me from the moment I walked in. When I would ask them how much anything was, the man immediately would say "it's expensive" and would insist on not telling me the price. They acted like I wasn't able to afford anything at the store and that I shouldn't be there.

If you left this rating in error, we kindly ask that you remove it. Otherwise, this has been reported to Google as a violation of their fake engagement policy.
Rude employee they didn’t let my wife try on a coat that I wanted to buy her for our anniversary.

For clarity, our building houses two completely independent fur businesses. USA Furs by George is located at the front of the building, while Marc Kaufman Furs operates independently at the end, with separate ownership, staff, and policies.
Within our store, there are rare situations where a fitting may be delayed or declined due to garment condition, sizing, or preservation concerns, but this should always be communicated clearly and courteously. If that didn’t happen here, I sincerely apologize.

Disappointed in the customer service. I brought in a piece that had a lot of sentimental value and from the second I walked in the door I was paid no attention to. Once they reviewed my item and what I wanted, they were dismissive. I understand the fur I brought in was older and dry, but they were cold and quick to brush me aside for other customers. It was a disappointing experience. I found more thoughtful help elsewhere.
