Please avoid the Atlanta Miami Circle location. They don't advise of their no refund policy. I changed my mind on fur storage within 15 minutes due to exorbitant prices. They refused to refund my money. I called 911 for assistance and their solution was to say I was trespassing inspite of my calm demeanor. I feel scammed out of $540.
I do not recommend this business to anyone who values good customer service. Find another business that values customers not one that treats customers poorly.
Best furrier in the world. Marc and Jody give best customer service and the furs are top notch. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I absolutely LOVE this business…from the customer service, flexibility, quality of pieces, accommodations and price. I have had my coats restored beautifully, tailored, crafted, altered and every time I was a happy customer. Jodi is a JOY in every sense of the word and the owner Marc, when he is hands on …it’s a treat!!!! Definitely my fave!!!!!!

Horrible customer service. While their selection of coats were great, I was shocked by how rude they treated me from the moment I walked in. When I would ask them how much anything was, the man immediately would say "it's expensive" and would insist on not telling me the price. They acted like I wasn't able to afford anything at the store and that I shouldn't be there.

Disappointed in the customer service. I brought in a piece that had a lot of sentimental value and from the second I walked in the door I was paid no attention to. Once they reviewed my item and what I wanted, they were dismissive. I understand the fur I brought in was older and dry, but they were cold and quick to brush me aside for other customers. It was a disappointing experience. I found more thoughtful help elsewhere.

I wish I could give no stars. They ruined my less than 1-year mink coat. When I received my coat, there were something that look like cockroach droppings on it and the fur at those particular parts are shedding so much it became bald spots. I tried to email and call them but got no responses of how they are going to fix the issue. I will do a video and post on social media so everyone knows this is not a lie. Don't send your coats here. But if you did, make sure you check every part of your coat because those droppings hide underneath the fur.

We delivered Charia Sirahus coat a few days ago. She said there was something on it. Within a 24 hours we had her fur picked up for inspection. We found nothing at all wrong with her fur. We have over 75 million in furs we are holding
No insect molestation at all. Our vaults are spotless. I asked her to come to our store where we have her fur to show us what she is seeing. I personally see nothing wrong.
