That semi came out oof nowhere on the 405. Sideswiped me and just kept going. I was shaken up, sore, and incredibly stressed trying to deal with everything. Then the insurance guys start calling, acting like I was the problem. That's when i reached Kash Legal and got Jonathan on the phone. Honestly, what a relief. Jonathan didn't just handle my case, he took it personally. He handled the adjusters so i wouldn't have to, and even texted me updates late when i couldn't sleep from the neck pain. I'm gonna be honest- I was terrified.I'm from seattle. i don't know LA . I don't know the roads. I don't know the laws. I was driving to my hotel and someone slammed into me. My rental car was undrivable. I had no idea who to call. I found kash legal on google jonathan called me back in 20 minutes .He didn't make me feel stupid. he explained everything like i was a normal person He said don't worry about being in seattle - I handle out-of-state clients all the time. he was right. Easy staff to work with, everything is sent via email and text fir me to sign and staff explains very well all procedures. They make you feel understood and that you will be well taken care of with them. So far so good…. I also received a gift box via mail with a beautiful blanket and tumbler representing company Kash legal. It was really nice of them and made me feel cared for and that my case is worth it to them. Getting hit on the 405 was just the start of the nightmare. between the urgent care visits and trying to figure out a rental car, I was completely overwhelmed. I reached out to kash legal and jonathan took the wheel from day one. I didn't have to talk to another insurance agent or adjuster for the rest of the case. he was super responsive whenever I had questions about my settlement and really fought to make sure i wasn't left paying for the chiropractor out of pocket. glad to finally have that check in hand and be done with it all.
