Karyn's reflexology session was exactly what I needed. Her treatment was relaxing and healing and she took the utmost care to make sure I was completely comfortable. I felt a lot of energy move and release during the treatment and left feeling very calm and at ease. I loved that her intuitive way of being worked well with what I already knew I needed. I can't wait to make this a regular gift to myself.

Karyn's cozy treatment room is a cocoon of warmth and ease. This was my first reflexology treatment and Karyn took to time to answer all of my questions before and after my treatment. Her gentle, kind manner had me relaxed before we even got started. During my treatment, I felt my nervous system completely let go and be able to rest deeply. I slept like a baby that night!
