Truly a haven for beauty and tranquility! Surrounded by lush carpets of greens and wildlife, Mr. Jose has preserved the nature and created an eco friendly safe space for a quick escape. The staff were courteous, cottages were clean and well furnished and all the meals direct farm to table. Highlight of the place were the waterbodies within the property. A must visit for your next trip to Gharap or Hanumantgad.

Great place...This looks like an amazing place to escape the hustle and bustle of city life. The food was delicious and the scenery was beautiful. We will definitely be back! The setting of this agritourism location is stunning! We loved being surrounded by nature and enjoying the fresh air. The hikes on the property were beautiful. This is the perfect place to relax and unwind. We saw the owner working alongside their staff, clearly invested in every aspect of the farm. His dedication and passion makes this place a heaven...

The place is very calm and charming as its on above the sea level of 1530 sq feets and very nice place for relaxation, meditation and rejuvenation one should definitely visit as it has pure nature and culture,food over here is very taste as it is prepared in very healthy way and the vegitables and fruits grown over here are totally organic and the food is saved in brass and copper vessels in authentic way service is up to mark as the owner Mr Jose kannai hin self serves his coustomer and take care of each every needs and wants around very co operative and friendly staff fantastic stay experience enjoyed it alot and got very refreshing feel having stay over here must visit place guys 😍

My best recommendation for a comfortable stay for couple of days vacationing is Kannai Agro Tourism Center due to 3 special reasons are below. 1, the center meets the key words of Agro and tourism. The entire are is climate friendly as a whole due to agriculture and moreover it is in the middle of green forest. 2 The very friendly behaviour for any customer to satisfy is wholesomely provided by the staffs and management from the arrival to departure. 3 the cleanliness in terms of food and rooms are fabulous.

I visited Kannai Agro tourism center at Garap near Sawantwadi with my family. This place is a heaven on earth.This place has 50+ species of ayurvedic plants. Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner is cooked with home grown vegetables will totally give you a different experience. You can also visit Hanuman Fort which is situated adjacent to this place. This place also provides facility for ayurvedic treatment and Panchkarma. In all had a very great experience.One must definitely visit this place to experience the purity of nature and detoxify your mental and physical health.

Very well kept, cared for. Amidst exceptional natural beauty, quiet and serene. They have been able to keep the sanctity of the place alive, which is a rare thing. It is a perfect place for those who are looking for a retreat from their busy lives, to let in fresh air into their minds. I stayed there for a night, found the facilities very good. Wi-Fi in the restaurant space where I sat and did my professional work. 24 hours hot water for drinking and bathing. Extraordinary food, exceptionally tasty, probably because it is ‘farm to table’ and organic vegetables taste great always. Perfect dining space with views of the mountains, for spending lovely evenings with your family, friends or alone in the presence of nature.
