I expected better than Wal-Mart quality from a boutique. **They do not do refunds, in store credit only**. Not a happy customer.

Store credit is only issued when an item was clearly marked final sale, which is an exception we make to offer flexibility on items that would otherwise be non-returnable. Stopped in during their warehouse event wiith my friend and found some really cute pieces. The styles felt current and well-chosen, especially for different body types. It did feel a bit rushed at checkout maybe they were understaffed that day. Still i left with a couple of outfits i love and would definitely come back again.

The shipping took about 2 weeks. The quality of the shirts were fine but the colors look nothing like their ad. I posted this on Facebook and they deleted my comment. Obviously they only want "positive" reviews. I won't buy from them again.

I ordered for Christmas Never got confirmation on my order but they took the money from my account.They wanted me to pay to track my package. Just Monday I had a notification that my package was delivered but not to my house. So I emailed them and have not heard a word. Will never order from them again. Feel like I was scammed. If I could give 0 stars that’s what I would do.

I have ordered here many times and sadly it feels the shipping has gotten worse, I recently ordered from a drop ship sale and no update on order. If shipping is already delayed I wouldn’t go through another company that can’t keep up or have all the product to ship a complete order. I will have to rethink ordering from them again.

This is the second tiktok viral boutique i have shopped from. This will be my last and only favorite! Not only did my package get to me within days (which is the best since i am impatient af!) but the padded bralettes and lovervet jeans are my new go to permanently!! I am in LOVE. although the judy blues i received didnt fit , were too small :( the lovervet is better than judy blue baby!!! I am so placing another order this week. Service is top notch. I didn’t have the best experience with my first boutique purchase (not kali rose). Thank you!! 💜
