Beware! Dr. Kalafatic is very aggressive, yells at people and is erratic. He will cut you off while you are talking, talk over you and is argumentative. He won’t let you get a word in, even when your trying to explain things because he has the information wrong…he just won’t let ppl talk. He comes out of the gate so aggressive. A provider with this temperament can’t effectively treat patients. Stay away.

This is suppose to be a doctor to serve and protect our hippa rights . Today 05/31/2025 this doctor was very disgusting and disrespectful with no regards to any concern I brought to him he then decided to out my business about my insurance and told me I had to pay in his office even after the receptionist told me she would bill me to be scene. I requested a supervisor he told me he was the supervisor the receptionist and the doctor I told him that was impossible. I started to record him for my safety because at this point it was very much concerning with the amount of disrespect he was giving in discussion
This doctor didn’t want to give me any info to report him he didn’t want to tell me his name he then started to tell his receptionist to call the police on me in which I stay on scene because theres always 3 sides of a story and mine story matter .. once the cops showed up he turn the story around and insisted on helping afterwards.. I declined long story short PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE RUN . I reported this place to 311 and they will be investigating this unprofessional business this doctor serves
Receptionists doesn’t do her job correctly and act as if she doesn’t understand English after telling you one thing and the doctor telling you another she called the cops on me
El peor lugar que me ido Dios me arrepentí fui hacerme los exámenes para migración y me cobraron demasiado, me mando a poner de nuevo las vacunas del COVID y luego me cuando fui a recoger los exámenes dos horas esperando y me salió con que tengo que hacer un rayos x, le lleve todas las vacunas y aparte de eso tuve q ponerme otras, en verdad no recomiendo este lugar solo te sacan dinero 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
Worst place ever … all I had to do was just pick up my results but they made me wait for 2 hours and the old rude lady( worst person ever) in reception asked me to come in before 12 and I got there at 11:20 and she still decided to complain about her password not working and took break at 11:45. I mean what was the point of me coming before 12:00 ?? Once I went in it took doctor 30 seconds to hand me the reports that he had on his table for the last 2 hours. The worst clinic ever ffs
My experience went very well and I did not have my referral, but he still took me and I got my EKG right away and the results and I will be seeing him again. He is very good. He told me things that others did not tell me and now I know and I think I’m very very much and I have another appointment with him also and he is very patient.
