Hôtel propre et calme. Personnel super accueillant et agréable. Très bonne literie dans une chambre Queen. salle de bain propre, vaste et fonctionnel. La température dans la chambre un peu juste pour mon épouse et pas certain que la commande serve à quoi que ce soit. Petit déjeuné correct. Serait parfait s'il y avait du chocolat et du lait chaud. Mais j'y reviendrai car le K7 est bien situé et nous nous y sommes sentis bien.

Second time here, again only for one night, again pleased with our stay! Clean room, comfortable bed, helpful staff in a not that bad of a price. The hotel can be found in a central location which helps a lot if you don't have much time in the city. Will visit again!

Good Hotel
Nice hotel for the price that you pay. We stayed in a king room on the 5th floor. There is no AC (that we knew of) so slept with one of the windows open. The Dubliner across the street likes to play live music every evening, so as long as you don’t mind that, the stay is good!

Good ambient in Oslo
We booked in advance a standard room for 2. The Hotel is well located in the hearth of Oslo and offers also accommodation as hostel with dormitory. this doesn't affect their quality. Is modern, clean and essential and you can also have a buffet breakfast very nice , I would suggest it. I definitely come back to this place. Only flaw experienced is that the shower let the water leaks into the bathroom: just need a beat of silicone sealant!!

Great hostel experience
Fantastic hostel experience very clean and friendly! There is a nice lounge place with coffee available all the time and the beds were very comfortable. Location is great too only a 10 minute walk from a train station. Staff was very friendly and facilities were clean

Location is good n convenience others is average need improvement.
The location is good, the service is average, lift is too old and my friend trap in the lift for 1 hour for our stay on 3june2023. We come back again on 23june2023. And the lift got problem n need to restart again. My suggestion to management to change the lift cause it’s too frequent breakdown n worry trap in the lift may cause delay to our flight.

Very enjoyable and friendly
I was greeted by a young friendly guy. I got my sheets and keys and everything was easy. I had a good bed with a clean bathroom in my room. My room had lockers but of course you need your own lock.
All in all it was a good expirience and i recommend this hostel.

Good stuff
You get pretty much what you can expect from a hostel. I stayed in a 4-bed mixed dorm room. We had a bathroom and a shower as a part of it so that was a plus.
You get a towel, and linen without extra charge and the room is spacious enough with lockers in it. The window can't be open which is a problem for me since I need to sleep with an open window, otherwise snoring creeps in + sinuses fill up during the night.
The breakfast is around extra 10 euros which contains nothing special but I wouldn't recommend it for a vegetarian.
The common area is in the basement and it is great, there is a kitchen + tables and chairs with a lot of room for loads of people.
One thing that I would consider a bigger minus is obviously the price, but everything is expensive in Norway :)

Very good for a short stay and City sightseeing
Clean and comfortable, quiet enough, in the heart of Oslo.
Unfortunately the elevator was broken and they never fixed it for the whole stay (Friday to Tuesday), and our room was on the 6th floor so we had to carry our suitcases all the way up and down.
The breakfast buns were delicious but the choice of food was quite poor, no eggs no bacon no sausages, no yogurt, and the only available fruit was apples. They had a delicious chia and berry granola pot, which was however only available 2 out of 4 breakfasts we had there. The coffee however was excellent.

Muy bueno todo ,salvo que no funcionaba el ascensor los dos dias que estuvimos y tuvimos q subir 5 pisos por escalera con las valijas . Me alegra saber que en general tuviste una buena experiencia en el hotel. Es una lástima que el ascensor no estuviera funcionando durante los dos días de tu estadía y tuvieras que subir cinco pisos por las escaleras con el equipaje. Eso puede ser incómodo y agotador.

No clue of customer service
The start was horrible for me. They failed to mention I could not cross the street on the day I arrived because of the holiday parade. So the 9 minute walk turned into 1.5 hours!!!! When I got there all the guy could say was ‘Um’ to anything I said. I was so angry. He didn’t understand how tired I was from my flight from North America or that I had to lug my luggage for the unnecessary time! And when I used the word ‘sorry’ he asked if I was Canadian!!! What an idiot. His name was Ruin. No sympathy no idea of customer service!!!! The only thing the manager did a few days later was say sorry and offer me a free water, big deal!
I stayed in the 8 person dorm. The female shower was clogged and you essentially had to bathe in our own dirt. Then the handicap bathroom sink and room sink were also clogged. So overall they don’t understand the basics of a good hostel or customer service.

Nice hotel, confusing door lock
Nice hotel. Very clean and comfortable room. The reception was helpful. It has a washer, dryer, and kitchen, but we didn't end up using them. The door had to be locked using the room card, which was confusing from the inside.

Great downtown Oslo stay!
K7 Hotel's location is perfect. Within easy walking distance of major Brygga (wharf) sites, Akershus, the main shopping district, Karl Johan, the Opera House, the Oslo S train station, etc. While the hotel structure is older, the appointments are modern. Beds, curtains, shower and bath, all newer and modern, as is the lobby. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and all spoke Norwegian and English fluently. I felt they did a good job of answering questions via booking sites, and they reached out with pertinent info before and during our stay. If you are on a budget, the dorm rooms are great. We chose single rooms, which we found to be perfect. There is a bit of noise in the rooms, but not more than we expected from a downtown hotel. We would definitely stay there again. Very pleased.
