It's a ripoff!!!
What a ripoff!!! $110 dollars a night for a bunk bed in a 6 bunk room. The bathroom sucks...the toilet and the shower are separated by the flimsiest of curtains.

Preis ist ok, aber man zahlt wirklich nur für die gute Lage, der Service ist zwar freundlich, doch das Zimmer ist heruntergekommen und lieblos gestaltet. Dafür ist der Preis zu teuer.

On me demande de changer de chambre le lendemain de mon arrivé et on me dit qu’on va biensur « m’upgrader », mais on me propose une chambre moins bien et surtout sans rideaux ! Je dis que ça ne va pas le faire, la dame m’a finalement trouvé un lit un peu moins bien dans une autre chambre mais avec rideau. Je suggère qu’à la place pour le dérangement on pourrait simplement m’offrir un petit déjeuné et on me dis que ce n’est pas possible. C’est dommage. Un petit geste est toujours apprécié. Mis à part le dérangement. Les chambre et sdb sont très sales, et les installations en mauvaise état. Quelque effort de ménage, d’entretient et d’aménagement seraient très appréciés. Les seuls chose que j’apprécie sont le fait qu’il y ai des rideau au lit, c’est assez calme, il y a une cuisine (très sale) et une machine à laver. Et la localisation est bonne en plein centre.

It was okay! good location, good service and they have awesome alina. She made my stay amazingly comfortable and was really kind, overall made the hotel experience a lot better but a downside is a worker named eneo, im 19 traveling alone and he messaged me through my private phone number without me giving him permission to. I hope that the women there stay safe and be careful around him

Check in da fare dalle 16 in poi perché prima chiedono altri 10 euro.

Absurdes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis
Ich hatte ein 4er Mehrbett-Zimmer gebucht. Es sah absolut nicht aus wie auf den Bildern. Man konnte sich grade so um die eigene Achse drehen, die Betten waren komplett wackelig, im oberen Bett gab es nur eine winzige Ablage, von der wirklich andauern alles runtergefallen ist & nur ein USB Stecker statt nh Steckdose. Wenn man (wie ich) ein USB-C Kabel zum Laden hatte, konnte man dies nur auf dem Boden tun. Es gab für das ganze Stockwerk genau eine unisex Toilette, kein Bad und jeweils eine Dusche für Männer und Frauen aus der das Wasser nicht abläuft. Toilette war natürlich immer besetzt, auch nachts um 4 weil Menschen die vom Feiern nachhause gekommen sind, sich dort fertig gemacht haben um niemanden im Zimmer zu wecken. Hotelpersonal war okay, aber nicht wirklich hilfsbereit. Das für 85€ die Nacht ist wirklich nh Frechheit. Wirklich noch NIE so ein schreckliches Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis erlebt. Ich hab auch noch nie so nh schlechte Bewertung abgegeben aber dann lieber 30€ mehr in die Hand nehmen & was gescheides buchen.

Poorly Managed and Disappointing Stay
Very disappointing experience. I arrived late at night and found that my assigned bed was already occupied, so I had to take another available bed. There were also no towels in the room. I was exhausted and went straight to sleep, but in the morning I couldn’t properly shower and get ready. I went to reception, explained that there were no towels and that I was checking out soon, and asked them to please bring towels to my room. When I came back, nothing had been delivered. The toilet in the room was also not working properly and was blocked by other guests. What made the experience worse was the complete lack of customer care. At check-out, nobody asked how my stay was or whether everything had been okay — just “thank you” and that was it. Overall, the stay felt poorly managed and I would not choose this place again.

Esperienza da dimenticare,l'hotel sembrava un carcere.Ho pagato circa 170 euro a notte e quando sono arrivato ho trovato una stanza sporchissima,con muffa,lenzuola gialle e macchiate,due letti a castello in una stanza di nemmeno 10 metri quadri.Non c'era la tv,la porta della doccia era rotta.L'aria condizionata era rotta e alla mia richiesta di spegnerla in qualche modo mi è stato detto di collegare la stufetta elettrica in modo da compensare il calore.Alla fine ho dovuto tappare la griglia dell'aria con carta e nastro adesivo.La luce dello specchio non funzionava,ho dovuto farmi la barba con la luce del telefono.Alla mia richiesta di avere i soldi indietro e andare via mi è stato proposta una camera simile con bagno condiviso con altre 20 stanze,una cosa assurda.Sporcizia ovunque in albergo.Ho buttato l'umido ed è stato 4 giorni nel corridoio senza che nessuno lo raccogliesse. Non immaginate la puzza.Personale molto scortese,faro' lettera di diffida.Non consiglio a nessuno e non fidatevi delle foto su internet perché vi vendono una cosa per un'altra.Quando io ho prenotato non mi faceva selezionare più opzioni come dicono loro. Nel carcere vivono 10 volte meglio. Guardate le foto

Our double room was small, but had everything we needed for an easy stay! Our room had a standing fan, plenty of outlets, and comfortable sleeping arrangements. We also had a window that opened with a great view.

It is not worth it your money
Since the window do not open, there’s no air circulation in the dorm, making it feel stuffy and claustrophobic. Cleanliness in the dorms also leaves something to be desired, with dust in the bed’s storage compartment for personal items. I did my laundry, and both the washing machine and dryer were dirty, so my clothes came out smelling really bad. The hostel doesn’t have a lively atmosphere, and in the end, the money I saved wasn’t worth it.

More a hostel than a hotel 😡
Review Much more of a hostel with dorms than a hotel with rooms. Very basic service, no daily housekeeping or regular towel and linen changes. The room was also more basic than described when booking. No real hotel atmosphere, no design, no amenities, just a very basic accommodation. The room faces the street, although fortunately it is not a particularly busy one. The location is good, but the prices are completely unreasonable for this level of accommodation, service and lack of hotel amenities. €622 for three nights is simply absurd.

Ich habe knapp 100€ für ein Bett in einem Schlafsaal für eine Nacht gezahlt. In meinem Zimmer hingen überall Unterhosen und Socken, mindestens 10 Stück über allen Betten und Schränken. Auch mein Schließfach war verschlossen mit einem Schloss von jemand anderem. Ich habe mich bei der Rezeption gemeldet, die meinten, sie könnten nichts machen. Ich solle doch ein anderes Schließfach benutzen (wo ich mit meiner Größe kaum dran kam und was nicht zu meinem Bett gehörte) und später mit den Männern selbst reden bezüglich der ganzen Unterwäsche. Insgesamt sehr enttäuschend! Es gab keine Lösung, nur den Hinweis vom Hotel: Man habe dann halt Pech, sowas kann halt sein.
