Very good at what they do - on top of things quickly. Don't know where we'd be without K3!
K3 is the best in the business! They have been our IT company for roughly 4-5 months and they have been amazing every step of the way. I can send in a ticket and typically get someone on the line within the hour. I hate to admit my illiteracy in technology, but they never make me feel bad about it. I can't imagine anyone regretting a partnership with K3, they are FANTASTIC!

IT issues are addressed in a timely manner, the Support Engineers are experienced and knowledgeable, and their client interface is user friendly and easy to navigate. K3 always spends the time it takes to do a great job... all the staff is pleasant to work with and they are very thorough in figuring out the root of the problem and fixing it.

The K3 Team is top notch. They are juggling a number of licensing assignments, hardware and software issues for us and I've always been super happy with their knowledge, staff, and promptness.
