This was the worst experience I've ever had at this spa. I went for a body scrub and the woman who worked on me scrubbed so hard she left me with bruises and she was very nasty. It has really gone down since last I went and I will never go again.

However, we do feel it is important to clarify an inaccuracy in your review. When you arrived for your appointment on Sunday evening, your therapist noticed the bruising on your body before beginning the service and asked you directly if it was okay to work on those areas. At that time, you stated that the bruises were from a cupping massage you had received at another establishment prior to your visit with us.
Because of this, it is unfair and misleading to suggest that these bruises were caused by our service. Our therapists are trained to check in with clients about existing marks, sensitivities, and comfort levels, and to proceed only with consent.
That being said, we sincerely regret that you felt uncomfortable or unhappy during your visit, as that is never our intention. We welcome open communication and would have appreciated the opportunity to address your concerns directly.

I would not return. Trekking to New Jersey for a Korean sauna is worth it as I've learned.
There are two floors: the lower level is always coed and has a sauna, steam room and salt room. The upper level is women only until 5pm and has two warm/hot baths, a cold bath, steam room, and sauna. The women's changing room is tiny and the showers are lukewarm. Given the cleanliness and facilities, the price was steep.
Maybe their body scrubs are good, but it's not a relaxing environment. There was a male employee hanging out with the female employees on the women's only floor when I first arrived.
Later, another employee was sitting in the lounge area watching videos loudly on her phone while chomping down snacks and audibly brushing the crumbs off her hands onto the chair. I think that about sums it up.
my first time coming here i was greeted by a very nice lady at the front desk once i arrived on the fifth floor.
i decided to get a korean body and a 60 min massage with heidi because shes the best! its actually a package thats called the basic purification program, i felt absolutely wonderful after. the body scrub covers your body head to toe, heidi also did a shampoo and conditioning on my hair at the end which was very relaxing. after the scrub they give you enough time to get hot tea and sliced fruits before your massage. during your massage they give you a free cucumber facial that is just so refreshing. after the whole service i felt so cleansed and hydrated. heidi took her time and made sure my skin was well nourished after removing the dead skin. my skin has never felt this soft before, i recommend this place to anyone that wants to treat themselves in a nice luxurious atmosphere! they also do gift cards which is great because this is a terrific idea as a gift to someone you love
I had a great massage and it’s amazing that this place is open late night…. But I was asked to remove my necklace for the massage because of the creams/ oils used. I took it off and the therapist placed it to the side. After the massage, I was so relaxed that I didn’t realize my necklace was gone. I called immediately after as well as everyday for 3 days and they kept saying it wasn’t found.
It was a family heirloom and I’m so sad that I will never come back here. I shouldn’t have removed my necklace but as a business there shouldn’t be so many reviews of people’s jewelry going missing 😔
I had a wonderful experience at Juvenex. Undoubtedly, their signature body scrub is the go-to service. My technician, Kimmie, was amazing. So kind, personable, and skilled beyond measure! The front desk/concierge services from Melinda is also worth mentioning. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional. I will definitely patron again and recommend others as well! It was so relaxing and worth every penny! Extremely easy to get to from Penn Station.
I visited this spa about two weeks ago with a friend. Since they are open 24 hours, we went late at night. During my massage, I fell asleep, and when I left, I realized my bracelets were missing — a Van Cleef, Hermès, and Louis Vuitton. I called twice to ask if they could look for them, but both times the staff was rude and dismissive. Extremely unprofessional. I would not recommend this place and I definitely won’t be returning.
My daughter and I were here a few years ago when she was 16. It was her first spa experience and she did not want to be massaged, so opted for a facial. The woman forced her to get out of her wet bathing suit and robe and put on a small towel even though she said she didn’t want to, all while the woman stood there. She then proceeded to massage other parts of her body, even though she just wanted a facial! I was getting a treatment in another room so I had no idea this was going on. She was deeply shaken, and I am still furious thinking about it!
After going to a variety of spas around the New York City area, I decided to give Juvenex Spa a try. As soon as I entered the establishment, the receptionist was extremely kind. Although I didn’t know very much about their variety of services, she patiently and carefully explained everything I needed to know and I very much appreciated it. Unlike other places, the masseuse ladies tend to cater better to their clients throughout the entirety of the sessions. Even after trying multiple facial services throughout NYC, Juvenex is the first one to have my skin completely glowing. My face actually felt clean and it’s like I was a new person coming out. They even gave my husband and I complimentary fruit and drinks. They provide a couple package and I recommended Juvenex Spa for any couples that want to relax and feel truly rejuvenated. I will definitely be returning and being a regular at Juvenex.
I was here for the first time and was very surprised that in New York there is a traditional Korean spa. They have quite a large selection of services. I really liked that they have a scrub and massage in separate rooms your massage will be on another floor. A very quiet and secluded place they are also open 24/7 which is very pleasing since I work late and most spas are closed. I really liked it here recommend it
