Just Lofts saves the day! We had a very old leaking Velux window. Just lofts came out and recommended replacing with a new one as our old windows was about 40 years old. The next day they came out and fitted a new Velux window we are very happy with the results. 5 star service the guys were respectful of my home and polite. Definitely I would recommend Just Lofts. Rob came to quote and was so polite and knowledgeable, we were really impressed and booked him to do the work. Rob and Callum came to complete the job, they put a new loft hatch, ladder and flooring in for us. Worked really hard put up with all my questions and did a great job. Would recommend them for sure.

I had spray foam insulation in my loft that urgently needed removing as we were selling our house. I phoned up and spoke with Mark who came out the next day. Very pleasant, personable chap. His quote was very good so I went ahead. Work started within a week or so and Rob, Phil, Callum & Mac spent three solid days grafting, no skiving off or complaining at all, just hard work. Each day they cleaned up after themselves and were completely professional. It's not often I would unreservedly recommend a company, but I would for Just Lofts. Thank you gents. Superb job.

Can't praise them enough really, helpful every step of the way, went the extra mile doing stuff that they could've just made me sort out myself. We used them to put some boarding up in our loft which had been left in a right state by the previous owners. Mark, Rob and the boys sorted it out really quickly and explained what was going on every step of the way. I've already recommended them to a colleague looking to get her loft sorted out soon and I'll be recommending them again in future. And to top it off they're all nice guys too.

I don't feel like I received value for money, or respect

From start to finish Mark and his team were professional and informative. They insulated our skylight tunnel and removed the mold issue we were having and fitted a light in the loft. They also fixed some other issues they noticed caused from previous workers, even the they were outside the quote. Highly recommended and would go to them again for future work.

Thanks so much for your efforts and for going over and above my expectations. Our loft space was cleared out cleaned, re-insulated, boarded, and a ladder put in. Rob and the team were amazing both in service and quality of the work. They also sorted out a few electrical issues and bits of torn roofing felt as they went, and even cleared extra rubbish for me. We now have a usable clean storage space. House was also left spotless at the end of each working day. I can highly recommend Just Lofts, you won’t be disappointed.

Had new loft ladder installed and found they arrived on time informed me had problem with hatch and immediately went out and bought another. They protected the floors and left the whole job clean, would highly recommend them.

This company has just installed a loft ladder which meant making the loft hatch bigger. Both fitters were extremely polite and very efficent. They cleaned up when they had finished and the work was to a very high standard. We would use them again very satisfied customer.

Rob and the lads turned up on time. Fitted the loft ladder quickly and clean up after themselves. Several months down the line I still have a working loft ladder. No issues or complaints. 10/10 would use again.

Delighted with the workmanship from Just Lofts. A tricky job completely removing old insulation in a very tight working environment - filled 3 slips - and then a new hatch, full reinsulation and some boarding. Very professional service with great advice from Mark and the team throughout the process. After each day they tidied and hoovered up after themselves and took care going up and down the stairs. I’d definitely recommend Just Lofts for any loft work.

I’m delighted with the work done in my attic by Just Lofts. After receiving knowledgeable and prompt advice from Mark, I was given a competitive quotation. The job was completed in 2 days (as promised). I had a new enlarged hatch, ladder, light, full boarding, blocking up and sealing work and the removal of the previous owner’s rubbish. Despite the hot temperature in the attic, the team worked diligently and cheerfully and left the place clean at the end. Thanks very much!
