I've literally just gotten off the phone with possibly the rudest representative I've ever encounted. After establishing there was a short time frame before my matter was to be heard, i was addressed in what best can be discussed a condescending tone and the had big money numbers thrown at me to scare me off. Not once was I asked about the context of my case and zero consideration for a difficult situation. Terrible customer service.

initial chat on the phone with Chris senior lawyer … found him rude, confronting, almost abusive, and he ended the chat saying to me "don't call back". He was treating me like a business income for himself and not like I was a human being seeking help. He was too aggressive and self focused for my liking…I went to another lawyer practice that has some empathy and understanding. His only interest was making sure I can pay his hourly rate. Continually cut me off in the phone discussion…a severely rude person.
I gave one star rating only cos the rating won't post otherwise….a zero rating would be more accurate.
