Firstly, I must say that Ryan is an exceptional technician. He was prompt, courteous and extremely knowledgeable about the issue I was facing.
Secondly, I must commend Heritage for their excellent service. I had a warranty issue with my appliance, and they took care of it promptly and efficiently. The entire process was hassle-free, and I was kept informed at every step.

In December our pipes burst on the third floor and resulted in water damage to the first, second and third floors. We called Heritage Home Service for an estimate to address the electrical systems. Electricians Patrick and Kenny were prompt and professional. They thoroughly inspected the affected areas on all three floors and basement. They advised us of their recommendations and answered all of our questions. We were very pleased with this initial meeting.

Daniel came to install a dishwasher after an issue with the previous unit. He arrived on time, showed extreme care and consideration with regard to my home and spent some time learning of the issues with the previous dishwasher to ensure he looked out for any issues before hand. There were some unexpected issues due to the style of the new dishwasher, but he was able to make sure everything fit perfectly and did not leave until he was sure everything was in working order.
Additionally, Daniel had an apprentice with him, and he made sure that he was teaching the correct way to do things, including how to start a job off on the right foot and the clean up afterward.
Greatly appreciated, Daniel’s time and expertise.

Josh went above and beyond what he needed to do. Because The city I live in.has such different Rules And regulations about putting in sup meters 4 for water spickets. He actually had to get the scamatics that would allow me to have them installed. And then he found out he had to go locate the meters in order for Him to purchase the metearth that would allow the city to come out and inspect in order for me to have The water I use outside for my gardens and grass not to get charged for wastewater. And now it has been up to me to get ahold of the city to come out to inspect for them to turn my water outside back on. When when he has doneverything that they have asked him to do and myself as well.. I am so glad it was josh that was sent to me. I give him five stars and beyond. I have recommended heritage but but only if they I provided their service by josh.
