The worst lunch experience you can get.
My family and I ordered a pizza and waited a long time with nothing arriving. When I finally walked towards the open kitchen and asked what was going on, I was told directly by the manager that the pizza was "in the oven" even though I can clearly see them just starting to make it. I went back to my seat. Two minutes later, a waitress came and told us they are now about to cook the pizza and also confirmed the order was placed 16 minutes ago. There were at least 5 kitchen staff and 3 waitstaff walking around doing nothing in this empty restaurant that had only 1 other table.
For a restaurant operating inside a Holiday Inn, this was one of the most incompetent, dishonest displays I've ever encountered. One would be so stupid to visit this place.

Extremely disappointed with my experience here. I ordered the Aussie BBQ Chicken Pizza after seeing the photo posted by the owner, but what was served to me was incredibly misleading.
First, for a pizza specifically marketed as a "chicken" pizza, mine came with literally only two pieces of chicken on the entire pizza. The photo provided by the restaurant shows a plentiful, generous amount of chicken, so receiving something this bare was absolutely ridiculous.
To make matters worse, the pizza was severely overbaked. The crust was burnt, leaving the entire thing tasting completely dry and unpleasantly bitter.
Between the severe lack of toppings and the poor quality of the cook, I absolutely cannot recommend this dish or this restaurant. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Very disappointing dining experience, I called the restaurant & asked about the Winter atmosphere with an open fire & was told they light their fireplaces on Friday’s & Saturday evenings unless there is a weather emergency. Tonight we had dinner there, Heating on, no clear skies, think they just couldn’t be bothered lighting the fires. Food was very average, so disappointed as it was my husband’s birthday & he is a very good cook , so I chose Julio’s expecting a great meal.

Restaurant is in a historic building which has a nice atmosphere. The concern for me was lack of staff and the buffet wasn't full to allow a better selection.

We recently visited Julio’s in West Perth with a group of friends and overall had an enjoyable evening. The atmosphere and setting were cosy, comfortable, and perfect for a relaxed catch-up. Service was friendly and attentive throughout the night.
The food was generally tasty, but unfortunately the portion sizes were disappointing for the price. I ordered the Pasta Gamberi, which was quite dry and the pasta was a little stodgy. For $38, receiving only five small prawns made it feel poor value for money.
We also tried the pork belly. The flavour was excellent, the crackling was perfectly cooked, and it was easily one of the tastiest dishes of the night. However, the serving size was very small and could have benefited from a little more jus. There also seemed to be some inconsistency between serves—our friends received a noticeably thicker slice, while mine was much thinner, leaving us all feeling hungry afterwards. At $44, it didn't represent great value.
On a positive note, the minestrone soup was very tasty and the serving size was reasonable.
Overall, Julio’s delivers a lovely atmosphere, friendly service, and flavoursome food. While we enjoyed our evening and several dishes were well executed, the small portion sizes and value for money left us a little underwhelmed.

We dined here as part of a coach tour on our last evening , so had alternate drop as that made it easier for the restaurant .
Choices were chicken parmigiana or pasta . The chicken looked quite good , but I was served the pasta dish & it was the worst pasta dish I have ever had at any restaurant . Very disappointed .

We had our wedding ceremony and reception here and we can’t thank the team enough. Jess, the coordinator there, was amazing! She was so prompt and organised, making my experience stress free. The staff on the night were so kind and attentive. Food was delicious! 10/10 perfect experience!
